+ 1 moreDan, Jeromy, Ed and Ben are a fabulous group of guys, professional, friendly, competent, skilled and trustworthy. As the work started, as often with renovations, the job seemed to grow. Dan did everything he could to keep us on budget for the work. End result was great work, and only slightly over, but still within the amount we allowed. I LOVE my bathroom with it's custom rain shower! Dan has a whole team of people he works with from HVAC to Electrical, all included in the contract you get with Dan. He does a complete and very thorough inspection and review of the project, goes over it all and draws up an item by item contract. Showed up on time and got the work done. This turned out to be a huge job (7 weeks), but that didn't deter Dan and his team. They are the best!
Description of Work: Renovation at newly purchased house. Complete new roof from shingles to sheathing, demo and rebuild of bathroom with custom shower, installation of laundry room area, insulation of attic and basement, plus other minor items in other rooms as well.
