AMAZING! Brittin fixed our insulation in the attic which involved removing old batting, spraying in new insulation, and a few other projects to seal up fixtures, adding exhaust fans, replacing attic stairs etc. We've noticed a change instantly in the efficiency of our cooling system - it hardly has to run at all now to reach the desired temperature and it holds the temperature really well. I was so impressed with how thorough they were, right from the initial inspection and quote through to cleaning up their work area. The team left my place looking cleaner than it was to start! Everything was laid out clearly in the quote and as a bonus, they are approved to offer the NJ Clean Energy rebates etc so can work with you to answer questions on this and make sure you're getting the best price. The team explained everything while they were working and asked questions along the way to ensure everything was OK with me. They were just all-round polite and a pleasure to deal with. Dan and his team did a great job at our home. Insulated the attic and outside walls, replaced our bathroom light with a light with a fan. Very professional, on time, cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very pleased with their work.

Our sales person Jeremy was responsive and helpful, and the team of insulation installers led by Matt was fantastic. They worked within my work-from-home schedule to avoid work in and near my office while I was on calls, were very sensitive to not letting our escape-artist cats out of the house or into places they shouldn't go, and were friendly, professional, and informative. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after each day of the 2-day job. The only hiccup was a day-before-the-project materials substitution - I was expecting faced R49 insulation, but much of what we ended up with was unfaced batting in R30 + R19 thicknesses. This was explained as a supply shortage, and I have no reason to doubt it. With Jeremy's guidance we were able to work with a state program to finance the job, and because we were underinsulated and drafty we qualified for an energy-efficiency improvement rebate as well. Overall the job cost a bit more than I expected it would, but it was within a reasonable variance and lower than some other estimates, and with the rebate it dropped significantly.

They were on time, and respectful of my home. They kept me informed of progress and answered my questions honestly. They kept the work site clean and when they left it was as no one had been there.

We had a fantastic experience with Brittin Built. From the informative estimate process, to general communication, and all the way to completion, everything was handled very well. We were notified that there were rebates for the work we were having done that other companies didn't mention - Definitely a nice touch! The quality of work done and attention to detail was wonderful and we already notice the difference in the temps throughout the house. They even vacuumed and mopped the dust from the areas they were working in on their way out the door. The workers that came to the house were all very pleasant and respectful (one even asked if they can use the restroom) A++ company!

The entire process from start to finish seemed less. Dan was great at answering all questions and scheduling appointments for a free estimate. Jeremy was prompt, polite, and very thorough examining my attic and provided a reasonable estimate (with pictures) in a timely manner. . The work crew showed up on time, put in a long day in less than ideal conditions. The completed work according to the contract and it was done very professionally, they also did a very good job of cleaning up the worksite. Dan the owner contacted me the day of the work to make sure I was satisfied with how everything was going. The results from the negative air pressure test before and after completing just the sealing showed a significant improvement which results in me saving a considerable amount on my heating and cooling bills. After the completed job, I was contacted by the owner of the company to inform me I qualified for an additional rebate refund amount and personally drove out to deliver the check. Talk about honesty! With the State rebate program they participate in, the cost of the job was reasonable and fair. The workers and owners take pride in their company and work product. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest hard working company.

Great with the insulation. Drywall and spackle I'm not happy with. Took way to long. They also damaged my window sill doing the demo

Great pricing, professional and on time

I have had some bad experiences with tradespeople in the past, but I must say that these guys restored my faith! They showed up as promised, cared about the work quality, and were even pretty neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Brittin Built provided a good quality job with a reasonable price. The estimate included going into and examining the attic, which doesn’t always occur. Also, Brittin Built is certified with the NJ State Energy program, so expect a top notch job, that can save you money. Lastly, great customer service!
