Igor and his other staff member arrived on time. They were professional and efficient and did the work quickly. They cleaned up all debris associated with their work. They also answered questions about other potential projects and provided good advice. I would hire them again.

We had a great experience, and are so glad we contacted Tedora! Igor was everything you would want in a contractor: punctual, responsive, thorough, and skilled. We were so encouraged by our experience that we asked him for quotes on some more involved projects, which he promptly provided. Would highly recommend!

Came and started in room one. I outlined what needed to be done in that room. He worked there and while the paint/plaster dried he proceeded to the kitchen. There he was to work on the roll out shelves and under cabinet lighting. I ran out to purchase paint for room one. When I returned, he had finished the shelving and the under cabinet lighting. He also placed wood filler in the wall trim in the dining room while the other guy painted the ceiling hole and inner window panel in room one. As time was running out, he was not able or forget to do the curtain rod which one of the first tasks I had outlined. He quoted prices for addl time but was unavailable now as he had another appointment at 1 pm. Day later I turned on the lights only to have a 3 sec delay in it coming on. Thought it was a fluke but retried it and the same thing happened. I contacted Igor (3 days of email) only to have him say it was some other company's fault. He is clueless when it comes to customer service. At least give me the benefit of the doubt and come back and see the problem. Next business day I contacted Angie's list for resolution.

It is very rare to get a good quality work, a reasonable price and get it done on time and fast. I would definitely use Tedora again.

Tedora did an excellent, meticulous job. They were very organized and neat. Everything was done thoroughly and quickly. They were both helpful and professional throughout, I highly recommend them.

They did complete many of the items that were on my list. They both worked but they told me the time had run out and I had to give him more money for him to finish. I don't know why but at half an hour, he had not showed up so I had to call him. The lead guy seemed to know what he was doing which was good. I was very comfortable with him. He seemed to know how to do the job as compared to the other person who did the work, but it was difficult to communicate. One of them appeared to not speak any English, but he was assigned tasks to do and so if I ask anything, he didn't know what's going on. It was good overall. I expect people to come to my home to do work to be slightly different. They come in, they come late, they want to know what to do, they want a run thorough it. There were questions I had about the shower. I was having something installed in the shower handheld and I had the option of doing a piece that was both another shower head and a handhead, and the guy didn't speak any English so it was difficult. I should have done 1 man for the 4 hours instead of the 2 men for the 2 hours. That could have been my decision but the guy wanted definitely to bring 2 men and finish in 2 hours which I could understand. Sometimes doing that, it pushes me to a disadvantage because the second person doesn't always either speak English or can't communicate with me. He wanted to come December 26th at 8:30. I was able to get him to push it until 11. The options I gave him were not good so he gave me his which was the day after Christmas at 8:30 which I said no so we did 11. At 11:30 I had to call him. I expect these people to feel like I can be a potential customer, they come in, they listen, they see. Sometimes they come just like the first guy, he was horrible though, this young man knew what he was doing which I was happy about but there was no customer service that I guess I expected to have. I'm here alone and I don't know anything about fixing things that was why I sent him my list of things to do in advance to get what would be required to get the work done and if there was anything I need to purchase in advance so that when he comes here like the first guy, he never answered my question so when he got here, I didn't have things. This fellow did bring things. He never answered my questions either but he did bring what would have been necessary for the type of work that was being done. I really thought he could have finished my assignments within the time frame, but that didn't happen. I had to give him another $80 that he asked me for. He asked me half of what I paid for another hour. Just because they have their own schedule, it's like they rush and they come and they do it and they go out the door. I slightly understand that but I don't think that's very good customer service. I don't think that's the way that a company should really do on a customer who has paid for their services. I think they should be more helpful. The lead guy knew his work so that was good. He knew how to get the work done. He was over half a dollar. I called him half hour after the appointment and he said he didn't know we had an appointment so I had to wait for him to come so he was very late for his appointment. I had to pay $80 so that bothered me too because the things he was doing was ABC for a contractor like hang a picture. The jobs that he did were simple jobs that I think he should have done in 2 hours. Why did I have to pay him $80 more? He was finished before the hour was up. As he got the $80, they were out of here within 25 minutes. I got a very good deal through Angie's List. It was supposed to be 4 hours for $149. I had 2 hours 2 men for $149. You can't beat the price. I thought the work was good. I thought I was going to use them again because I was very impressed with the quality of the work, I knew that they knew what they were doing, but the rest of the stuff was a big turn off. To me, they didn't make me feel like they were happy to come in and do the work. I asked them for price quote for things and they were very, very expensive because I knew how much the prices are. I doubt if I would use them.

I highly recommend Tedora! I hired them using an Angie's list deal for a handyman for a day. IIgor and an assistant arrived to 1.install and hang my Ikea kitchen wall cabinets, 2.installed the gas stove, 3.changed about 14 electric wall outlets and light switches, fixing one or two dead outlets in the process. 4.and built and installed four Ikea/Home Depot lighting fixtures Basically, I needed help doing the stuff I could not, or am not qualified, to do. I chose Tedora because of their A grade on Angies list, and their good reviews. It was a good choice of contractor. Though our appointment was for 1pm, they texted me that morning and asked if they could arrive earlier, which was great and very considerate of them. I am renovating my apartment in Queens. They arrived with their tools, I told them what I needed done (all of 5 sentences) and they got straight to work with minimal direction. I honestly didn't think they could complete everything on my to do list in four hours, but they did. That is evidence to me that they are knowledgeable,experienced, and efficient. Period. They left the space clean and with nary a footprint. Honestly, it was so easy and seamless, and ended up being one of those rare customer service experiences that makes you pleased and restores a little bit of my faith in humanity. Finally, a company can come in, do everything quickly and professionally, and leave no trace of work. What else can you ask for? Also, I kind of admire Igor and his associate. They are young, building a company, and probably doing Angies list deals to help build a reputation for their company. I am a business owner, so I know how hard that is. Kudos to these guys. They are a good choice, and I recommend them. Life is about who you do business with. Choosing Tedora is a good choice if you want a project completed the right way and with minimal worry on your part. I'm a fan.

They are extremely neat, know what they are doing. Very courteous and wonderful guys. They are always on time. They just do a fabulous job. I cannot be any happier.

The young men were professional. They worked neatly and quickly. I wish it could've been done sooner.

First of all, the guys from Tedora Inc. were AMAZING! The guys are young, hardworking and friendly, (from Ukraine, very nice people) with lots of experience in what they do and did for me. I recommend to anyone that needs some sort of remodeling or fixing around their place. I had them install tile in the kitchen, on the wall, between the counter top and the ceiling cabinets, as well replace my old kitchen and bathroom sink and also new plumbing. Then I had them do one of my bedrooms. I wanted to remodel it fully, something new. They helped me decide and even gave their own suggestions on where to make new closet and what kind of lighting would look best and the paint color to go with it as well. They guys took everything down and installed new drywall with new closet and doors as well as two brand new ceiling fans that I bought. Everything was nice and easy from the beginning, what you need they will do, AWESOME! Will contact these guys again, great job! Thanks a lot Tedora Inc!

Tedora Inc was easy to communicate with and were readily available to schedule an appointment with at a convenient date and time. On the appointed day, they arrived on time and started working on their assigned tasks right away. They were quick, efficient and their work is meticulous. They were very helpful and offered good solutions on how to resolve a couple other building maintenance issues that existed- even though it was outside of the original scope of their work. At the completion of their work, the crew cleaned up thoroughly and left the property neat and spotless. Igor is a consummate professional and it was a great pleasure to work with him and his crew. I have already booked a follow up appointment with them, to work on some additional tasks! I highly recommend Tedora Inc as an excellent contractor to take care of all of your building and maintenance needs!

Igor and his team came over when my husband and I had inquired about a variety of small things, in hope that we could find one person to take care of it all. He was extremely professional and polite and he promptly emailed us a quote for all requests. He came back that week to fill in some small holes that we had in the walls of our basement (an opening under the stair case and one on either side of a radiator.) He brought all of his own supplies, including paint to match. Once they were finished I couldn't even tell where the holes had previously been! Everything was cleaned up when the job was done. We had him come back a couple of weeks later to mount our TV and hide all wires. Igor came on his own for about an 1-1.5 hours. The TV looks perfect! No mess left at the end. We will be using Igor again for anything we need around the house! Highly recommend.

They came on time and did a great job. I will hire them in the warmer weather to paint the garage and install gutters. They do good work.

I couldn't be more pleased. We had used Tedora for a bigger project last October, and then this problem cropped up, and I called them, I think, on 12/16. Igor said the earliest free slot was 12/28, and I said I would try to deal with it myself so as to have the job done by Christmas. On the morning of 12/17, while I with a friend was unpacking the file cabinets and figuring out how to proceed, Igor called to say they had just a little free time and were in the area. I asked him to come by, and he and his assistant expertly trimmed and refashioned the desktop, and took out the old, rickety supports that had been replaced. They came exactly when they said they would, and worked quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Tedora is highly recommended.

My bathroom is the one that I wanted to renew and to change it. I hired these two very nice guys who did my bathroom in way I wanted it to be done. They remodeled and removed old tiles from walls and floor as well as old appliances from the bathroom. After it, they installed new tiles on walls and floor, new appliances as well as new framing. Then, they painted my ceiling and installed new plumbing. The work was done perfectly and in a short period of time. I was amazed by this well performed job. I am very glad I made a choice about hiring Igor and Vlad to do my bathroom and of course I will hire them again whenever I will want to make further repair in my house.

Igor and his helper arrived on time and immediately got to work, I had the area cleared prior to his arrival and he wasted no time. He approached the job in a professional manner so there was no doubt that he knew what her was doing. The finished product is all that I hoped for and more. needless to say I am very pleased with a job well done.

THEY REMOVED 2 OVERGROWN BUSHES (HUGE ROSE BUSHES) AND 2 TREES ( PEAR TREE AND AN EVERGREEN) DOWN TO THE SOIL LEVEL THAT WERE ON THE PROPERTY SINCE BEFORE 1967 WHEN WE MOVED IN. OUR REGULAR LANDSCAPER WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. THESE SERVICES WERE TOO SMALL FOR A FULL SERVICE TREE REMOVAL COMPANY AND ALSO WOULD COST A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE HOMEOWNER. AFTER CUTTING DOWN THE BRANCHES AND TRUNKS, THEY TRIMMED EVERYTHING DOWN AND BUNDLED AND TIED THEM INTO MANAGEABLE SIZE FOR US TO LEAVE AT THE CURB TO BE PICKED BY NYC SANITATION THEY ALSO CLEANED THE FRONT GUTTER OF THE HOUSE AND ALSO THE GUTTER OF THE GARAGE THE LAST JOB THEY DID WAS CAULKING AROUND THE BATHTUBS WHERE SEALEANT WAS MISSING I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE
