It went well. they were punctual, professional and kept to the schedule we set. also responsive to texts and questions. in the bathroom. they came up with an idea to cover an ugly pipe and to install recessed lighting. apartment looks very nice.

The quality of the Fedora Inc. team work was excellent.

Work was done well. The team completed the repairs in a timely manner and explained items they were unable to address. They were neat and cleaned up after. Communication was very poor. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times. I was notified the day before my appointment and it was pushed out by several weeks. It appears the team has challenges managing their schedule. I did not receive service until ~3 months after my initially scheduled appointment date.

Igor and Vlad are flat out superb workmanship professionals, and more importantly, they are great guys and great communicators. I had a fairly large project for them, involving demolishing exiting walls, building new walls, repairing and painting, re-finishing wood floors, extensive electric and plumbing work and more. The work was done at a very high standard and was finished on schedule. My satisfaction, as a customer, seemed to be very important for them above all. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering almost any interior project you can think of. Thanks guys for the great work !

The process was managed decently. It's clear that Igor and his team wanted to do a good job. They showed up on time each day. He is a budding entrepreneur. For a new customer, I would suggest being VERY clear about what is included in the services that are contracted and the expectation duration and completion of those services. It was a bit irritating to not have a clear sense of how long it would take to execute different phases of the plan. I guess that is the reality of doing construction though. I would use them for general work, but I would not use them for higher end work. The details matter a lot to me, and the team wasn't best in class in executing finishes.

They come well prepared with tools, they work as a team, they work quickly, intelligently, and thoughtfully. They have a lot of work. They are booked, so when you see a deal with them, I would take it.

The work went very smoothly. Igor and his co-worker arrived on time and had submitted a COI to our building, which was very important as our co-op is quite strict about letting work be done. This was a huge issue for us with hiring a handyman service. Secondly, they worked quickly, quietly and neatly and cleaned up as some of the work created some dust. I was relieved that they used plastic sheeting to cover up furniture in the rooms and the rugs so that dust did not drift on it. The one thing that I rated a B was scheduling - it took a while to find a time slot that worked out, but perhaps that is because they are very busy. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely hire them again.

I purchased the offer on AngiesList.com on August 22nd. Upon checkout, I was asked for three preferential dates to perform the job. I obliged by providing three dates I was available. I got a first email with an order confirmation/receipt for the purchase of the service. And a second email notifying me that my dates have been communicated with the service provider, Tedora Inc., and that I will be contacted ASAP. Two days passed, and I never heard from Tedora Inc. I called today and spoke with Igor Shon, the technician assigned to this job. When I asked about the job, he was, at first, unsure what I was referring to. When it finally clicked, he told me that he had very limited availability and that he was unsure when he can get the job done. I began to worry. I asked for a date. He said, "I can probably do the week of September 9th." I said I was looking for a specific, committed date and not a "probably" appointment. I finally got him to "commit" to September 9th at 9AM. Even though I got him to commit, it left me not very confident that this person will show up. The whole dialogue was very unprofessional as if I was speaking to a non-business entity or a neighbor from whom I was asking a favor to install my flatscreen. I, in fact, paid $299 for the job. I had to call AngiesList.com customer service to cancel the job and ask for a refund.

Very well. Igor and Vlad are young, which can be disconcerting, at least initially, but it turns out that they are excellent craftsmen. They work hard, respond in a timely fashion, and have a host of skills. Where they are unskilled, they employ subs, and their sub for tile work is fantastic. As with any contractor, you have to stay on top of issues, and ensure that the contractors communicate details to the subs, but when you do so, they are responsive and prompt. A good value for the money.

Needed to remove a few closets and fill in some nail holes before moving out. They were professional and did a great job.

I am very satisfied with my new kitchen because it was done with great quality and quickly. These guys were very clean when they performed their job and offered some suggestions, which I followed because its just worked very well with my new kitchen. This company is great and I will hire them again whenever I will need to do anything in my home.

Igor, the project manager, was very accommodating from day 1. There were a few hiccups throughout the project. The first vanity that I ordered came with a cracked granite top (I did not order this through Tedora). This delayed the project a week, and the guys were fine with it. I also ordered the wrong type of bathtub, and Igor hunted me down the correct one by the next day. There were different crews which concerned me at first (different guy for demo, tile installation, ceiling work), but all were very professional, friendly, and hard working. I wish that I could post some pictures on here to show you how great the bathroom came out, can't wait to save some more money and use them for my next project. Also, Igor was very accessible throughout the project, I texted him almost daily and he always have quick responses!

I paid in advance for 4 hours of handyman services ( hanging of paintings/photos, faucet replacement, paint touch up). The company was completely unresponsive until Angie's list contacted them on my behalf. I received one curt email asking me when I want them to come. I responded right away and never heard from them again. Awful communication. Doesn't matter what their work product is; if they never contact you, they're an 'F'.

I called and emailed and have heard nothing for over one month

Igor was great from the beginning. My husband and I had spoken with many contractors, and Igor went above and beyond with getting all the paperwork submitted in two weeks' time. He was the only one who was able to submit papers in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with my service, and he even texted me while I was out of the country, during the work, just to make sure everything was okay. Highly, highly recommend, and I can see why he's had so many positive reviews up to this point.

The service was great. This was my second time using Tedora to perform work on my house. Igor and his team were quick courteous and professional. Igor regularly communicated with me before during and after the project. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them to others.

I bought the special offer of 8 hours of handyman work for $299. It was incredible value. Two very efficient young men came for four hours and worked very hard and effectively. They cleaned up after themselves well. They were very polite. I would certainly have them come again.

Igor and his associate were awesome. They came a little later than agreed, but when they arrived they were amazing. They removed their shoes in my home as soon as they got here, they installed the outlet and television in a timely manner, and even cleaned up after themselves! I'm still amazed at how they managed to install a brand new outlet inside a concrete wall with no signs of any external wires. They were so good and so professional. I hope to be able to request their services again soon!

I was very excited to having my kitchen and bathroom renovated. Their estimate was very fair for us and we started this project. Everything from the beginning to the end went smoothly. They recommended for us really good staff for kitchen and bathroom. They have really good idea for this kind of project. Also they installed new hardwood floor in our bedrooms. We very satisfied with their service and would use them again in a future.
