Amazing - the team was prompt and professional.

The guys from Tedora were excellent -- will definitely use them again as need arises. Quality of work was great, as was the price (they were about $1000 cheaper than another company that gave me a quote).

They did a very nice job, everything was done professionally and seems very clean. I was very pleased with the end result.

The work consisted of a total gut renovation of a medium sized bathroom and substantial updates for three bedrooms and a hallway (top level of a semi-detached house in Brooklyn). They started exactly when they said they would and began with demolition. I expected the demolition to be dirty, loud and painful. I could not have asked for a better process. They workers cleaned up after themselves each day and their approach to remove the old fixtures, tiles, wallpaper etc. was methodical, careful and well executed. Trash was removed each day to an offsite dumpster. I at times was surprised how much material was being removed each day -- it was barely noticeable. Then came the rough work for the rough finishes, drywall, painting, etc. They used high quality and correct materials. The workers were highly professional and were clearly very experiences. Everything was "straight" and done as we had requested. As the renovation progressed, I could see meaningful progress each day and was always highly satisfied with the level of work. The wallpaper application was flawless and seamless -- it was truly amazing what they had done. Tiles were expertly laid, and painting was smooth, sleek and streak - free. We had purchased high quality products, and in the past we have seen poor craftsmanship and inexperience lead to results that leave a lot to be desired. Not in this case. The finishes truly pop and come to life. I could not have been happier with the work that was done, would highly recommend them to even the biggest critic. In fact I usually find myself looking for a new contractor when I want work done on my house -- next time I will know exactly where to go.

Igor and the rest of the team from Tedora Inc took on the job of completely renovating our recently purchased apartment. From our first meeting with Igor to the last, we had full trust and faith in him and his company in that the work was going to be done with the utmost care, attention to detail and with our requests in mind. The renovation included totally re-doing the kitchen, both bathrooms (toilet, bathtub and sink plumbing), full electrical including replacement of the breaker panel, floors (both hardwood and tile), carpentry, ceiling and painting work as well as aesthetic touches throughout the apartment. Igor took our vision and helped us refine it and really bring it from concept to life. We really appreciated Igor's straightforward and honest attitude throughout the process. He was responsive via text-message and worked will with other contractors on the job. Igor's advice, instructions and communication skills really put us in ease throughout and helped us concentrate on our lives instead of the all of the details of the renovation. He kept us updated on the progress and regular weekly meetings ensured that the work was getting done on schedule. He was thoroughly understanding and able to accommodate change orders from our end as well as issues with suppliers. We are very glad and thankful to have worked with Igor throughout and would do so again in a heartbeat.

After hearing some crazy (expensive) suggestions from other contractors, I saw Tedora's listing on Angie's list, called him up and here I am, 24 hours later, an EXTREMELY happy customer. He was straightforward, returned money for materials not used, and was willing to work with me to find a solution that was strong and aesthetically pleasing. I will be using him again!!

From the beginning, Igor and his team were very responsive and punctual, they listened to what we wanted, made excellent suggestions for improvements and the results were pretty amazing. They are trustworthy and honest, and there was never a point we felt like we were being taken advantage of. We really felt like we are a part of the process throughout. Owning an old home in Brooklyn has its challenges; however, Igor and his team were patient and continuously able to troubleshoot and come up with solutions that did not blow our budget. Because of these challenges, the timeline had to be extended by a couple weeks, however, we were always informed of when the team would be back and how long things would take; all within reason. Igor is very good with communication, texting us when he had immediate questions and emailing with larger issues. Recently, we had a cousin visiting who is a contractor and he remarked at out how professional and beautiful the job was, especially the taper/finishing/painting work done on the ceiling and walls. Tedora did an outstanding job and all within a reasonable budget. We highly recommend them, and will definitely have them back for additional remolding projects.

Igor and his team installed a kitchen- lighting, cabinets, appliances and electrical work. These guys were efficient, on time, and cleaned at the end of each day. The work stayed on budget, and Igor was patient with a couple changes that we requested. We were very happy with the work and would highly recommend his services.

We’ve used Tedora multiple times and Igor has always done a great job for us. Very professional and honest. We feel very comfortable with him and his workers in our home. Everything was done very well and we are happy with the job.

It went well. They removed the old lights and installed new ones in improved positions. The ceiling looks beautiful.

The entire process from Design to Completion was excellent. I have used this company in the past and would absolutely use them again in the future. The quality of the work is excellent and there is great attention to all details of the project including adhering to the timetable, minimizing disruption in the house, and daily cleanup to minimize the mess. The workers are courteous and take great pride in their work. The owner of the company gives a complete detailed schedule of the project from start to finish including weekly (sometimes more) updates of exactly what work will be done and when. All selection of materials including costs are provided as well as a detailed payment schedule to avoid any surprises along the way. The process included remodeling the whole two bedroom apartment: bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms. The team did great in fixing all the wall, siling, hardwood floor, windows, doors, molding, lighting. Installed all the appliances in the kitchen. They also renew the whole bathroom, and much more they have done. Couldn’t be more happier with the results. Huge THANK YOU TO TEDORA INC. Definitely, would recommend my family members and to my friends. I received what I have expected. Thank you!!!

Igor and his team were quick and courteous. They pay close attention to detail and had the skill to get the job done in a quick timeframe. They communicated timelines Ned and updates throughout the project. They are responsive to your questions and concerns. Even after the job was complete they came back for a few additional touch ups. This was not the first time I have used them and it will not be the last I highly recommend them for any renovation you are contemplating.

It was tough to schedule, initially on me, but then I could not get responses on any calls/emails for an extended time until Angie's list intervened. There was an extra $2,500 charge because my building requires a licensed practitioner (they are not licensed, which surprised me). Basically, they subcontracted the job and never came while it was in process. The person was nice, but didn't know how to install the shower, which was a basic Rohl system and wouldn't follow instructions or speak with manufacturer and lost a day of work on that. We had a hiccup over that but I prefer not to get into that. He also couldn't figure out how to install the tub spout, which he damaged [I had to purchase a replacement, again Rohl and somewhat expensive]. He suggested I instead use a $10.00 spout he purchased from the local hardware store. I refused and again showed him the instructions from the box and tried to get him to speak to the manufacturer. He also broke my light fixture and tiled over all the detailed recession around my window area ledge, saying it was easier. I have an old apartment with nice details. They estimated it would take 5 days work [which I realize was unrealistic], but it took two weeks and their worker became annoyed and just decided to end the job without it being properly finished. We lost a day with the shower debacle and a few hours of work due to a leak in the toilet tank I had purchased (which is on me, requiring me to order a new tank). When he didn't finish in 5 days, we rescheduled the completion and he cleaned up and left. But, when he came back to finish he didn't put anything down and broke a portion of my old wood floor where he was working outside the bathroom. He also used some kind of chemical that caused burn like damage to my tub, and discolored the marble ledge he had just installed. Without quite finishing the job after working another 5 days, he announced he was done and left, leaving me with all the trash from the second week he was there. I contacted the owners who had him come back and fix a few things [unpainted patches, mirror so low your head was cut off, broken tiles, etc.] and remove the trash left-piles of it. However, part of the area under the sink left untiled around the piping still looked really bad and the shut off valves, which their guy removed to tile were not properly re-attached and just spun around [their guy came back to fix them but instead glued them shut so they could not be used at all]. I alerted the owners and after some back and forth [in which I was bizarrely somehow blamed for much of what went wrong], to their credit, they came for a day and fixed some of the wall left untiled and a few other things. They also put a patch on my floor to replace the broken board, which looks terrible. They said nothing could be done for my tub, marble or the window ledge/detail that was tiled over. I also asked them to attach a hook on my door, not all of my accessories were reinstalled and the toilet holder is already coming loose/off, but they would not. A few of the things I was blamed for 1/ toilet, yes the toilet I purchased had a leak, that's on me; 2/ I facetimed a designer friend to confirm where something should be located and was told "their employee wasted his day while I called people for advice" [I sent them a screenshot from my phone log-the call was 4 minutes total]; 3/ I was told they should never have installed the marble that was damaged-they told me they would install the marble ledge when they came to look at the job initially; 4/ I was told their guy wasted his time shopping for materials for me-he purchased a cheap spout after damaging mine that I prevented him from installing, I supplied all other materials down to the grout; and 5/ I was told somehow the shut-off valves were my fault. I see they have a lot of good reviews and I assume those are jobs the owners either did themselves or were present at some points to supervise. I insisted they come mid-way to at least check the job, which they did once, and I think had they been more closely involved it would not have gone down like this. I send this complaint very regrettably, I assume they are young guys starting/building their business and I do not want any issues with anyone. Overall, they wanted the job done fast and were frustrated that it wasn't completed in 5 days and took more effort than expected. They ultimately responded to my insistence they come themselves and fix things [to their credit], but the damage was already done. There were some things done well, but overall a very bad experience. Much of this is confirmed in emails and texts with the provider. I was not going to complain but have been researching the cost of these minor repairs and they add up. All I would like is the cost to fix these few things properly.

They are doing new kitchen, new bathroom, new walls, flooring, ceiling. It is going smoothly. They told me it will be done this week, a week late but not too bad.

They didn't have to do much, but what they did was good.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job in two days, much earlier than the estimated timeline given. Everything was done beautifully and the area was left clean afterwards. I did have to pay some additional cost for some materials needed, I thought this was already included in the estimated cost, so it would've been good to clarify that when providing an estimate, other than that I was very happy and would definitely hire them again.

Igor and team delivers! As with any other contractors, you got to work **** ** scheduling and the team will deliver on time. Satisfied with the results and the rates were reasonable.

Igor and his team arrived as scheduled covered everything and got to work. 5 days later I have a new beautiful shower (photo). They worked clean, painted the bathroom ceiling and installed a new toilet. I would definitely hire Tedora again.

Work was performed in a timely, professional manner. Superior paint job/molding installation. Igor are Vlad are expert at what they do. They were consistently responsive and helpful...even for the unforeseen circumstances. I most certainly recommend Tedora Construction and plan to hire them in the future.
