Description of Work: All I can say is that Igor and his professional team came when they said they would, finished the job when they said they would, and delivered the exact job they said they would. As a matter of fact they actually did more things to my renovations then was actually in our original contract. 3/4 of the way thru the job I had a contractor friend come over and double check their work and he actually asked me for their number saying " I did like to contact them too I can use them on some of my jobs" They are very meticulous with there spakling, clean with their lines in painting and they went above and beyond with the tiling job in my kitchen. My wife and I feel like we own a new home. Can't wait to have them back to redesign our staircase. Thank you Igor and team

Description of Work: My job was small, and done under an Angie's special price, but the work was done efficiently. And the two men on the job were careful to invite my inspection of their work. They do mostly larger jobs. If I have one, I will definitely consider them. Quite polite.

Description of Work: Tedora bid and I accepted the bid deleting a couple of small items. We set a date for the work. When he was due to come he said his men were busy with a larger job and he would be delayed , I think he said for a couple of days. Then he said he would come later. I was due for surgery, the dates for which I given him at the first exchange saying I hoped at least some of the work would be done before the surgery and could be completed later. I have given him specific dates on when I would be home and also said I would accept any dates he would be available after 21 July. He has not answered my email answering his last question. At this point I think he has no interest in doing the work he agreed to do.

Description of Work: Total waste of time. Main Contractor kept making appointment to stop by but NEVER did. He had to revise his original estimate after we called him out on ripping us off for cost of services when he far exceeded the angies list prices i. His "partner" showed up for the original walk through and gave us an oral quote that was on average 1200 less then his prices. Asked him over the phone if he's just not interested in doing the project and he sheepishly could not give me a straight answer. totally unreliable !!!!

Description of Work: I arranged through Angie's list that Tedora would be a gift to my friend. My friend reported that the major problem was that they didn't hang up the curtain rods correctly and made a hole in the window frame while doing the work.

Description of Work: They did their job in my basement, bathroom and in the bedroom. In the basement they compounded and painted walls and ceiling. They also changed old and broken tiles that were on the floor and replaced with the new ones. In the bathroom they repaired bathtub and installed new tiles on floor and walls. Finally, in the bedroom they installed new 8 spotlights and painted the walls.

Description of Work: Installed the new door, painted the whole room and moldings. Everything were done professionally and neat.

Description of Work: The provider completely changed all the appliances in the bathroom which are sink. toilet, shower, shower door, and medicine cabinet. They also removed old tiles, installated new tiles and painted ceiling in the bathroom. For the kitchen they also changed the appliances which included connecting sink, dishwasher and intallating new lights in the cabinets.

Description of Work: The provided completely changed all the appliances in my bathroom which are: sink, toilet, shower, shower door, and medicine cabinet. They alsp removed old tiles, installed new tiles and painted ceiling in the bathroom. In the kitchen, they changed all the appliances as well which includes connecting dishwasher,sink and installing lights in cabinets.

Description of Work: Installed beautiful Philips Ledino Three-Light Spot Lights in guest room closet, shoe closet, and washer/dryer closet, each of which required snaking electrical cabling from neighboring rooms and installing wall switches. Did all of this without any need for wall patching or painting! Replaced multiple outlets with Panamax MIW-SURGE-1G surge protected outlets, and also installed outlets with duplex outlets with double 2.1 Amp USB charging ports, for all those gadgets! Wall mounted a Samsung LCD TV in the guest room, and hid all the wires in-wall. Relocated thermostat wiring and installed a Nest smart programmable thermostat. Installed a dedicated 20 amp outlet for my Eurocave wine cellar, patched and painted holes flawlessly. Disassembled, labeled and flat-packed a custom closet in preparation of new flooring installation (performed by a different company).

Description of Work: The provider did an amazing job in my apartment. First, the demolition was done quickly, accurately and without any problems. Continuing their job of installation they done it perfectly. They aligned and painted my walls, so now my walls are equal and great looking. They installed accurately tiles on my floor which were done quickly and professionally as well. They also installed new doors and windows. For my bathroom, it was totally rearranged and rebuilt by the provider so now I have comfortable and good looking bathroom and that's because of providers great advises that helped me with my decisions. The provider not only do the specific job that was assigned but also gives great advises and recommendation to the clients.
