+ 1 moreI really enjoy doing business with One Way Plumbing. The owner Juan, is very good in communicating what is needed and wanted and getting it done. There were several issues in our building that needed to be addressed after COVID-19 and Juan responded in a timely professional manner. He is very local to my company so he is my first choice for plumbing work always. He also did some work on the water faucet outside the building. Last year he repaired a gas line for us as he is also licensed and insured to do gas line work. I am very happy with One Way Plumbing.

Description of Work: Our small office water heater sprung a leak, and they were very quick to respond and get it replaced. The problem was that when we were discussing what we wanted it replaced with, there was a misunderstanding and they installed something other than what we really wanted. They were very good about getting the new parts and they did not charge us to take the "new but not what we wanted" heater out when the new (correct) one came in. All in all we were very happy with their responsiveness and quality of work.
