Either sales rep or installers should have identified the right padding or carpet height to replace existing materials. Instead I had to go through the house and paint almost every baseboard for the 1/2inch of void where past carpet hid old paint color.

The quality of work was excellent

Efficient, clean and quick. I lost a $10.00 bet that they could not remove almost 1000 square feet of wall-to-wall carpet, prepare the subfloor and lay tongue-and-groove oak all in two days. ! just didn't think it possible. More important, the floor looks beautiful. I have no problem recommending Ron and his crew. We are already discussing a couple more jobs for him.

After putting off replacing my floors for years, I finally decided to get them replaced. Went on Home Advisor and AT HOME CARPET AND FLOORING came up. I decided to call for an estimate. Gayle came to my home and was such a delight to work with! She answered all my questions and gave me an estimate on the spot! The installers were so nice and did an awesome job. They took their time to make it perfect! Ronnie in the office was easy and accommodating to work with. I can't say enough about this great company! My Cortec Flooring is AWESOME! I love the feel of the floor on my feet, the gray color looks like concrete ( which i was looking for) and the matte finish is just beautiful!! We went with Cortec pro plus tile, color Dorado. THANKYOU TO EVERYONE at this company! Can't wait to see you guys in the spring to do my 2 other rooms!

Very good experience with At Home. Ronnie was very responsive to my inquiries/questions. Provided very reasonable price and very good service. All teams (I had both floors and stairs done so two teams came out) were very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

This company orchestrated all details of installing hardwood floors easier! They offered to move large pieces of furniture during the install and they discatded the carpeting that was removed. They worked quickly and efficiently. Some of the material I ordered didn't match up to my expectations. Fortunately, I was able to refuse it as I never even unloaded the material off their van. My only complaint is that they didn't show up as scheduled and I had to wait a couple of days for their availability. Once here, no complaints.

Installers were wonderful

Putting the rug down was no trouble but getting them back to fix some spots that raised or wrinkle up was impossible. After calling them about three times and always told they would call me back I had to hire a private person and was charged a lot of money.He told me if I could have gotten the people who laid the rug down it would not of cost me the $175 that I paid to fix the stretching.
