They did a nice job over all but missed the mark on the most important part at the top of the steps. The planks were not interlocked into the next. It was cut and pushed together causing a misalignment and a dip in the highest traffic point. I was very disappointed by this and for me the entire project is a failed because if it.

when they did the kitchen floor it w3as over ceramic tile, it should of had a filler in the grout lines which I did not get. Ans so the floor when you walk on it it gives under your feet a little where grout lines are.
