DO NOT HIRE! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone even if they offer to provide their services for free. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever received. They gave me an incorrect and dishonest estimate which was fine because they said they will refund me the $400. They did NOT give me my refund. They overcharged me for the hardwood flooring service. The work they provide is not professionally done they have done handyman work which I could have paid half the price for. They did not finish their work there are spaces in between the wood panels which look HORRIBLE. The workers left a mess when they moved my furniture they made dents and marks into our walls. They damaged and broke a piece of my expensive marble and cherry wood bedroom furniture. They did NOT advise me to take anything down from my walls in my garage and my expensive authentic antique bull horn fell and broke into pieces that can not be salvaged. They did NOT pay for the cost of the damage they caused. The manager and his employees had a VERY bad attitude which made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Good luck in dealing with them because they are VERY difficult!

They did a great job installing my wood in my living room and 2 custom steps I needed - normally a very expensive project due to the step dimensions. I was not expecting that as I was prepared to go with the cheaper option that did not look as nice. It came out beautiful and they did not charge extra. Took a very long time though to do... but worth it in the end.

Fast install.

After removing my carpeting they thoroughly cleaned floors before installing new wooden flooring. They cleaned up after they finished. The work was extremely professional. The flooring and moulding they installed is perfect. I am very happy and recommended them to my friend.

I had a small job to carpet my stairs but I felt this company took my job seriously while other larger companies were not as interested because I was not doing something bigger in my home. This company showed me a greater variety of styles. The price was a little bit higher but I felt I got a better quality carpet and the installation was done well. The installer did a good job. He arrived on time and worked cleanly and efficiently.

The installers were great and clean

They did a good job at a good price. The only draw back is that they failed to cover my furniture and counter tops and left a film of dust on everything, pretty disgusting!!

Somewhat difficult to communicate with, but when things got to install very quick and clean service.

After having an awful experience with a different company I looked on Home Advisor. I got a call from the owner the next t day and he was so helpful. Everything was done as promised. It was a great experience and I am so happy with my floors.

Fast, professional and good quality for a reasonable price

I scheduled and placed a deposit on 1/11 with the work to be performed on 1/18. I reached out on 1/18 as I had not heard anything as of noon. I was told that I was scheduled as the second job of the day and they would call me in 15 minutes to confirm. It is now 1/20 and I have not heard back from them yet.

Quick response to our initial request for carpeting and installation. In a few days precise measurements were taken to ensure a proper fit at doorways and room transitions. Installers were professional from removing furniture, to carting away the old carpeting. We had to cancel the installation on the day it was scheduled, but the installation was rescheduled at our convenience a few days later. We are very happy with the service we received.

Wifey simply wanted the stairs recovered for the holidays... **Honey let us try Home Advisor** The consultant that came out on 11/16/19 was professional. Agreed on an Early morning 8/9 am installation due to my work sched. The Co after taking my Dep took 2 weeks to call, gave me a Friday appointment. I called a day or two prior to request a 1/2 call prior to arrival and made arrangements for a Fam member to be there. I called Ron at 9 and again at 11:20. He advised installers would arrive w/in a half hour. I called back at 12n to advise that I needed to reschedule as my family member had to depart for work. Ron yelled at me, stating that he never agreed to a early morning install. Refused to reschedule, stated I do not need this for a $800 job and hung up on me. He prob will not even return my Dep but that is ok. GOD will bless us w/ a professional. I should have stuck w/ SK Hamarah in Plainfield as in the past. Costly but you due get what you pay for.
