Very honest ,on time, did not me take me for a ride,the washer was fixed and he showed me how to recalibrate it for the future. I've felt with a lot of people that just Rob you and are liars ,but not asap, they are in the top of my list. Thanks again

The owner of the company was very responsive and came the next day. Was professional, courteous and figured out the problem quickly. I needed a new compressor and the job would have been expensive. He recommended we get a new one, which we did---and suggested Jacobson's in Elizabeth, who got me a new refrig in 24 hours. Good experience with ASAP and Jacobson's----I would highly recommend both businesses.

Amazing service. Came earlier than expected and promptly identified and fixed the issue with my leaking refrigerator. He took a troubleshooting approach rather than a "replace this part" approach, which saved me a lot of money and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.

I received a phone as soon as I added my phone number online. They gave me an appointment for the next morning. They repaired my refrigerator and didn't charge me an astronomical price. Nice people and prompt service.

Mr. Lazar was so good that I had to thank him on line. He returned my call promptly, helped with a small emergency, and came back to repair our Sub-Zero refrigerator and Thermador oven. He was prompt, efficient, highly-skilled, and courteous. Craig handled a major repair very professionally and was a pleasure to deal with. In our initial conversation he provided the time and approximate price for repairing the problem with our washer. He came at the agreed upon day and time, and with the parts and special tools required to repair our washer. He offered outstanding service and we would definitely use him again!!

The repairman was scheduled to come the next day but must have had a cancellation or something and was able to come the same morning of the issue. Work was done quickly and adequately and I understand they have minimum charges but I really felt that because the work only took about 10 minutes to complete from start to finish, he could have reduced his charges somewhat. Everything else was great. I'd use ASAP Appliance Repair again.

Totally professional and knows his stuff. Came exactly the time he estimated and stayed within his given estimate. A very ice guy and I will definitely call him again.

although he cleared out some of the ice from the freezer I am concerned since water is still coming out from the base of the fridge. Plan to call again in early AM.

Very good customer service skills, prompt , professional and completed the job at the rate he quoted on the phone.
