Mike did a great job. The work was very thorough and properly done. The finished product looks great and is now structurally sound. He was very responsive and flexible to requests. He showed up as scheduled. The project was completed inline with his original estimate. We have hired Mike to work on several other projects for us and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: 1) repair water-damaged wood porch floor, structure, and railings, 2) fabricate interior moulding
