Wendy is great to work with. I did not feel pressured or judged. She works very hard and reflected my pace/speed while working side by side. She often checked with me to see how I was doing as this process can be challenging on many levels. I highly recommend working with Wendy. Looking forward to working with her again soon.

My appointment with Wendy was scheduled for 9:00am and she arrived at my house a few minutes before. She was very lovely and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with her being in my home. She was kind to my children and pets. She was a great person to work along side of because of her non pressure approach to organizing. I had to go check on my kids a few times and she never made me feel like "get back down here and get to work." We worked at a pace I was comfortable with and it turned an overwhelming job into a relatively easy one. She didn't once make me feel like I should be ashamed of the amount of disorganization I had in my basement, she simply tackled the issues with me. She gave me wonderful tips for future organizing because as she pointed out, spaces that have been organized don't self maintain, so we have to make sure the system we've created continues to work. She also helped me carry the trash bags out of my basement and brought them to my trash can. I found later, she even put some things that should've been stored in my outdoor shed into their new home, which I appreciated very much. After our work was done, she recommended some different storage containers I could use in future that would help keep my basement even more functionally efficient. I highly recommend Wendy for any organizing needs. You will be glad you hired her.

Wendy is the proprietor of Zero In Organizing. We had an emergency in our family and my mother-in-law had to move in ASAP because of an accident. We decided to make the ground floor of our house her apartment. Problem: due to my chronic illness my house resembles something you would see on Hoarders. My brain no longer seems capable of carrying out multi-step projects. In a shorter period than seemed possible Wendy helped me separate trash from items to keep, dispose of unwanted items, wrangle other service providers, rearrange furniture, ORGANIZE myself, and get this huge storage container of a house turned into a home. Wendy managed this all without imposing judgment, making decisions for me, or violating my privacy. I will absolutely be calling her back to assist with organizing my second floor. (My mother-in-law loves the house!)
Description of Work: Helped me reorganize the first floor of my home. Wendy helped my decide what to throw away, how and where to store items, and rearrange to better suit my needs. She was unfailing polite, encouraging, hard-working, concerned about my health and privacy, and a cheerleader when required. Nothing was insurmountable with Wendy's assistance. She also had arranged access to other service providers for me and supervised when required (e.g. movers, cleaners, professional shredders). The service provided is amazing value for price. My highest, highest recommendation. I will be calling Wendy back to help me with my second floor. (The price was per 3 hour session. )
