+ 0 moreRay's quote was the best, and since he works for himself rather than a large company that may send a different plumber every time you call them, I asked him to do the work. This was a pretty big job, involving more than 80 feet of new, heavy black pipe. He also needed to penetrate the foundation, and took the time to cement in a sleeve to protect the pipe and seal between the sleeve and pipe with Silicone. Once inside the basement, the run of pipe took several turns before exiting out the other side of the house to the generator. Ray secured the pipe to the floor joists, all very neat and tidy. I couldn't be more pleased with the results or with Ray. He is a top quality plumber who takes great pride in his work, and he is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Ray.
Description of Work: I needed to run a new gas line for a stationary generator and replace a rusted gas pipe entering the home. Electrical companies that sell generators overpriced the plumbing piece of this job, so I got several quotes from plumbers before choosing one.
