He bent over backward at every turn to accomodate us, the lender, lawyers, etcetera. We even faced threats from an occupant of the home to which he was not perturbed - he was there doing his duty by us come hell or highwater. He worked through inclement weather and equipment failure to get the job on time. He has valuable connections with other working men that he can recommend as well as with the town which is so critical for special situations where you want the town on your side like we experienced.
