My experience was fine, it was very good, no problem. They sealed everything off so it didn't escape to the upstairs apartment and they took it and removed it and took it somewhere. I wasn't allowed to go down there to look and see exactly how they did that. It was completely gone, completely neat, no problems. They were on time, they cleaned up all the mess, they were respectful, professional, very knowledgeable, did a good job.

Experienced crew came , they were set up in no time at all and completed the job in a reasonable time.

Sealed off basement and was on time for two days. Job was complete. Explained exactly what they were doing.

I had a bad experience with them. Firstly, their price was not as good as the previous company that I met with but they did everything and that is why I chose them and secondly, they were not punctual. I don’t know if it was because I asked them to do the work on the weekend or not but they told me they would be here at seven but they were here only at ten or eleven. They told me they had to do something else so they couldn’t come. They promised to do the French drain and they did that, they promised to bring the washer and dryer from the upstairs to the basement and they did that and then I wanted them to do the electrical for the washer and dryer and they did that too. However, at first, they asked me to pay the electrician for the electrical work and that was not fair because they had not informed me about that in the beginning and had said they whatever I paid them would cover everything. They also were supposed to put a sink next to the washer and dryer but for some reason, they said they would not do it and that they would refund $75, now installing and buying a sink costs more than $75, but I left it at that. After some negotiation, they knocked of $300 for not doing the things but putting everything back cost more than $300. They were very professional and very friendly at first and they seemed to understand what they had to do. They explained everything to me and answered all

Communication was not a strong point. Turn off furnace before they begin. Between the wrapping and the scraping, the job took a few hours. They left the basement cleaner that when they started.

Tony came to see us pretty quickly, gave a full picture of the work performed, itemized the items, discussed alternatives. Very intelligent and professional approach. My only concern was the price; the initial quote was way too high - he gave me an instant 2K discount upon seeing my face. Frankly I don't like that - I want the best price right away and not a big fan of haggling. I wound up working with another contractor (also well rated) for 25% less

We got them through a consultant. They are very professional. He sent out two guys to do the work. They were okay. Everything was taped off. It didn't affect me or anybody in my house. When I saw them in the beginning, they didn't have the mask. When I saw them at the end, they didn't have the mask. I can only say that they put them on and took them off. I barely saw them when they were totally done. They were timely. They came out when they said they would. They were right on time and when they left all the asbestos was gone.
