Description of Work: We had a leaking hose on the kitchen faucet and requested an emergency call. Several hours later the plumber came and everything was done professionally. We also used them to install a new toilet in the bathroom. We are very satisfied and will continue to use the Polite Plumber.

Description of Work: We have used this service several times over the last year that we have been living in our new home. Each time their dispatch has been up=front on the schedule appointment, with even a called to let us know that the person is on the way.During our use of this company we have found them to be very honest, offering ways we could solve the problem without cost. Case in Point: As part of their service they inspect our overall systems, and without cost fixed several minor problems (Drain/Toilet). They also found that our Kitchen sink was dripping, rather than charging us for the repair… They suggested… This is a lifetime warranty device, call the hotline and order this part-number, and if you need we will help install the part the next time we come on-site. So the bottom line is … 1) Fast Service related to our issues 2) Communicate in advance regarding your appointment 3) Advise you each step of the way as to the issue 4) Honest prices, with recommendations on how to save you money

Description of Work: I will not recommend this plumber to anyone. Polite should be replaced with the the ripoff plumber. They came several times to my house for the same problem and each time charged me. I had a blockage from downstairs toilet to septic and this was after they snaked pipe. The blockage was finally located by a handyman. I called polite plumber again so they could snake pipe again and was met with a rude plumber who was annoyed because I tried to get someone else to find the problem. He told me I should get handyman to fix problem. It seems like polite plumber does all they can to keep coming for the same issue so they can bill several times. I'm an 82 year old women they feel I'm easy prey,

+ 0 moreEverything went very well. The clogged drain was a real problem and (Joe) the plumber had to call in his supervisor (Willie) for help. It took some time but they finally got it unclogged. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They gave me a price before they began the work and when they had to do extra they told me about the extra cost before they did the work.

+ -1 moreJim lived up to the company name. He gave me tips when I have to fix something on my own. He was pleasant and finished the job quickly. When I called the company, they found someone to come out right away and he arrived in 20 minutes. The leak is fixed and the new shower head is great. He looked at some other problems I was having in my laundry room, gave me his advice, and did not try to make another job out of it. I cannot judge the price since this is the first time I had to hire a plumber and have nothing to compare it with. I have actually called them again and they will be doing more work for me.
