Description of Work: I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a front and back door. It was scheduled for FrIday, May 27th at 3:30. I left work early in order to be there on time. At 3:50, Tim called to tell me he was in traffic. Strange thing is that I had just come from the same location he was traveling. He said he would get there too late. I told him I would wait since I took off early. He said he wanted to reschedule for the following week, (Tuesday at 7:00 PM), then proceeded to use the F word under his breath to himself but loud enough that I could hear. He said he would call the office so they would confirm with me. I called the office and left a message with Tiffany, letting her know what happened, when it was re-scheduled and that I had some doubts about this person coming. I left her my number to call me. No one called and no one showed up at 7:00 PM. Incredibly unprofessional, not only to not keep the appointment but to use the language he did and to not show or call a second time.

Description of Work: They have installed leaders and gutters and have resealed my skylights. I have also ordered windows from them and waiting for them to come in.
