Roeland was great. I called with a few small issues and owner came over within the hour to check the on the problems. He fixed one right then, the install was there the next morning. Highly recommend.

We were SO delighted with our bathroom remodel that we hired them to complete a second bathroom remodel (previously unplanned)! The finished project was beyond our dreams. The workers were polite & professional; I would hire them in a heartbeat if I needed another bathroom. I have recommended Roeland Home Improvers to many people. I am a fan for life.

I paid cash for a bathroom remodel done by these guys in January 2024. The day after they left the remodel, I had water all over in the downstairs bathroom underneath the bathroom I had just remodeled And for the next three months after. Roeland Claimed they fixed the issue, closed my ceiling, downstairs back up again and left it leaking slowly for the next three months until April when my ceiling basically caved in with water. My insurance adjusters came in, said the entire bathroom that ROELAND installed Has to be removed. Poor workmanship, shoddy materials and Absolutely awful customer service. That bathroom remodel has cost us $25,000 in damages not including the money that he already has for our bathroom that has to be ripped up. Stay away from this company. Iâ  ve had to retain a lawyer. Pricey but beautiful job.

Arnie and his team turned my 1970 "tub only" bathroom into an attractive and usable "real" full bath in just two days, no mess, no fuss. Replaced the old window with a new tempered frosted glass, installed a new fan/light in the shower. Pleasure to work with and gave me good advice along the way. Overall a great experience!

It has been eight months since our project has been completed. They worked with a tight deadline and beat it. They were cordial and professional in our home. Clean is not the word! They are on time every day and reach ther objectives that are communicated to us every day. I would and will use them again for my next project. Thank you Roeland and team for a great project and for being there for us.

I donâ t know how I could get my bathroom project done without thie expertise of this company, From advising me what needs to be repaired or replaced to estimates for two insurance companies, etc. Ugg! The product, work quality, plumbers, construction workers, office personnel and always feeling they have your best interest at hand to being able to ask questions or concerns and knowing they will pick up the phone any time you call or get back to you very shortly. This is a GREAT Company and does the best workmanship and teams working for them.. I trust Arnold explicitly! ð ð ð ð ¯

Arnie and Beth were great to work with, and the crew who did the job were first rate. On time, courteous, knowledgable, and quick. They did great work, and left things spotless. We're very happy with the results.

Yes, the work done was really great, the workers skilled and gave attention to details. Huge satisfaction was in how clean they were from entering the front door to work zone and clean before leaving every day. They were the best Ià ¢à  à  ve used in regard to protecting and sealing off the work area. I have environmental sensitivities and really appreciated that effort. The owner Arnie, was really personable, responsive, and just great. He offered suggestions that made a difference.

The recommendations Arnold gave me were wonderful, Beth advised on styles, Audi and Poncho expertly installed my bathtub and flooring were are so pretty. Arnold Roeland is extremely knowledgeable about all things construction. Its obvious that he cares about the client, and producing high quality projects.

Roeland Home Improvers are by far the best company I have worked with. Honest, punctual and hard working they let you know what your options are. I had lost hope in finding someone quickly after my pipes froze and busted leaving a substantial mess. Arnie review the damage and saved me financially as other contractors gave me bad information on how to remediate the situation. I look forward to working with Arnie and team in the future.

There was more dust than he thought there would be, without asking Roeland hired a cleaning company to cleanup. The cleaning company was there all day which was really appreciated. Roeland Home Improvers went above and beyond!
