+ -1 moreThey were recommended by Armstrong to take care of an install gone very bad of Alterna tile. Armstrong rep highly recommended them. They were much more respectful and easy to work with; came as promised, stayed till job was done. Installer crew clearly knew what they were doing and were respectful to home and us. Came back quickly for minor problems. They also found problems with subfloor the previous vendor had put in, adding a day to their job but they took care of it properly and showed us every thing they were doing and answered all our questions thoroughly. We were so impressed that we used them again for install of a wood floor in our living room later that month; that was done well with only minor issues that were quickly fixed.
Description of Work: Paid by Armstrong, the floor mfr, they removed defective installed tile and repaired subfloor and installed new tile.
