+ 0 moreThe experience was great. Mario is professional and a perfectionist. He is prepared for any job. Whatever he needed was in his tool kit-no running to the store for this or that. Although Mario usually does larger jobs he was very willing to help me out with the things I couldn't do myself around the house. He is punctual. He doesn't stop so if you have a list of things to do, Mario will work through it quickly - don't leave him hanging as to what is next. I worked on an hourly rate because of the type of work I needed and the rate was very reasonable. And Mario cleans after he finishes a job - says his mother-in-law taught him that - what a bonus!
Description of Work: Assemble knock-down furniture, install weatherstripping, Move and install computer, router and modem in armoire with concealed wiring, Connect 2 Direct TV DVR boxes, one with DVD. Connect TV and VCR to DirecTV outlet (new). Install new shelving in closets. Cut & measure plywood for single day bed.Secure ceiling tiles in basement. Remove large unused entertainment center to curb. Sort and classify hazardous materials in basement for disposal. Repair mud room glass and lock. Move a considerable amount of furniture and assembled no less that 10 large furniture items perfectly-no flaws. Many additional jobs too numerous to list.

Description of Work: 3M's was contracted to renovate my half bath, including removing existing toilet, vanity and tile floor. 3M's replaced with a new toilet, vanity with vessel sink, plumbing fixtures, tile floor, custom wood moldings, hung mirror, new fixtures, and repainted.

+ -1 moreI was elated with the job that was done, and would definitely use him again for any repairs in my home.
Description of Work: This very experienced, well detailed and very meticulous handyman created and built a beautiful bar in my foyer. He was honest, punctual, very detail oriented and discarded all waste when the job was done. He has great advice and works at a good pace. He gave me an estimated date of when the job would be done, but yet had it done two days early. I highly recommend this handyman for all your home repairs, replacements and remodeling. When you call 3M's & Company, tell them "a very satisfied customer referred you", you will not be disappointed.
