Description of Work: A bat entered my fireplace, so I called Joe. He responded very quickly, came over, and rescued the critter (and me!). He then spent a great deal of time educating me and my husband about bats. He also said that in a week or so he would have one of his inspectors come over to check out the entire house. Like clockwork, Joe called a week later and sent Tim over to do the inspection. He too was absolutely phenomenal. After conducting a very careful search of the roof and attic he showed us numerous pictures and reviewed his findings in detail. These folks are absolutely outstanding in every respect and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Wildlife control Specialists were very knowledgable about our problem. They were able to catch the raccoon overnight into their trap . The experience was very humane for the raccoon who is living somewhere else far away. Matt was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job.

Description of Work: They put up traps to catch a raccoon and squirrels that were entering the building. They checked those traps routinely for weeks until they were sure there were no more animals entering the building. They then sealed the holes where the animals were getting in. We have had no problems since.

Description of Work: They put out traps for $250, when removed trap with the animal in it = $150 (they removed 1 animal.), & I do not know what the $188.90 is for as they sent an unitemized statement & accused me of misplacing their invoice when they did not give me one. They are overpriced & did not communicate with me when they removed animal or collected the traps.

+ -1 moreThey were terrific from start to finish. They used a modern technique, where they use live traps to catch the squirrels and take them away. They then boxed up the areas they were coming in at. The whole job took about 2 weeks to verify everything was out of the attic.

Their responsiveness and follow-up handling of the situation was quick and totally professional and made all the difference. Other service providers could take a few lessons from them for top quality service. I was very, very pleased!!

+ -1 moreThey were great. They did the initial set up and then came back several weeks later to finish sealing off the attic. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. I had gotten several estimates from different people and while they were among the highest, they were the most thorough. Their researching what my issue was and sealing everything off in the attic, I had the most confidence in them when they came out.

+ -1 moreThese guys are excellent! I couldn't have asked for nicer, more knowledgable folks to work with. They were incredibly responsive, bar none, the most expert at dealing with bats. Even in an initial conversation we learned so much about the problem and initial steps we could take to start to remedy. We got an incredibly through inspection of the problem and a detailed CD of photos showing all the areas that needed work. We had an in-depth consultation in which we talked through the approach to the work that would need to be done and even compared and contrasted how it would differ from the scope of work other companies offered. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with this company any time you had a wildlife problem. They have every feature you would want in a business of this type: *Knowledgable *Thorough *Detailed *Punctual *Responsive *Honest
Description of Work: When we discovered that we had a bat problem in our house we reached out to Wildlife Control Specialists because we heard over and over in our area that they were the experts in our area.
