 + -1 moreNot very helpful, gave me one word answers to my questions so I had to do my own research. They price matched, but other than that, I will probably shop elsewhere.
Description of Work: I bought tile for a DIY custom shower. They matched a local competitor's price, but then would not allow me to use a coupon. They claimed to have as already given a discount. I do not consider price matching to be a discount, when I could have just gone with the other shop, but price was decent, so I didn't press the issue. As for customer service and helpfulness, forget it. I have never been to a specialty retail shop with a less friendly showroom staff. If you want to shop to ask questions and learn with good dialog, go elsewhere.
