+ -1 moreI am completely satisfied. I called Ramsey and Ramsey on the previous Tuesday. They provided several dates. They showed up with appropriate supplies and did not have to leave to go buy the stems.
Description of Work: Two washerless shower stems were replaced after another plumber did so just 5 months ago. There was a lot of g that was thoroughly cleaned out. In addition we had the flapper in out main bath toilet replaced since those chlorine tablets that are so prominantly advertised on TV actually eat away rubber and neoprene. This is a father and son operation. The son showed up when he said he would, was very neat and did tell us that their work is guaranteed for a period of one year. Funny, I spent more then twice this amount on another plumber who seemed to spend more time on his cell phone then doing his job. And, he charged me for the time.

+ -1 moreHe completed the work on a timely basis and the cost was reasonable and we liked them. I think it is a small firm of maybe 2 or 3 guys and because of that they are a little more careful. The last time we used him was for a clogged drain and whatever he did improved the flow of the drainage. He was very careful when he came in as far as with his shoes and that is important. When you use the same company so many time, I guess you have to give them and ‘A’ because you us them again.
Description of Work: We used Ramsey & Ramsey Inc. several different times for issues. The last time we used him was 6 months ago for a clogged toilet.

Description of Work: Ramsey's have done various things in my house including replacing sink and faucets, replacing an outside hose bib, solving a mysterious leaking problem, installing a dishwasher and more.
