We had our new windows ordered and installed by Essex Home Improvements. Everything from delivery to installation was done in a timely manner, work was very neat and the customer service was excellent.

Over all the product and service was very good. The Alside window delivery was later than promised and there was one of 18 windows that came the wrong size and one broken. The installation was fast and clean.

The job was replacing the 5 windows, 4 located in 3 bedrooms, 1 smaller bathroom window. ALL on the 2nd floor. From the moment Jack arrived my husband and I felt very comfortable working with him. Very honest, didn't hesitate speaking the facts. He gave us a quote and we called him back to do the work. He worked directly with our association to provide all the details of the replacement windows. The entire project kept moving forward. We got approval, Jack ordered the windows, took about 3 weeks and we scheduled the week after to install. When it was done, we were so pleased. Quality work, windows, and it was as if they were never here. Except for the beautiful new windows. Recommending Jack/Essex to our association as a reference to other home owners. Will consider Essex for any of our own future home improvement projects.

Mark did an excellent job replacing all of our upstairs windows; he was courteous and professional and they were very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again for other home improvements projects.
