Jack, Mark, Manuel and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgable, helpful, and fast. They did what they said they would do in the time they said and discussed and corrected any issues as they happened. Their bid on the project was competitive and fair. They cleaned up well after the job was finished and we would certainly use them again.

Everything went well. Whatever had to be done, was done upon completion. I wouldn't hesitate to use Essex for a future project.

We had a great experience with Essex Home Improvements. It was important that we hire a company we felt comfortable with, and Jack was available to us before, during & after the process to address our questions and concerns. We can't stand hard sales, scare tactics, or "bait & switch" maneuvers, so we really appreciated that Jack was reliable, friendly, and honest. His crew showed up & finished on time, and did a beautiful job on our roof, chimney, soffits, fascia & gutter replacement. We also had 7 vinyl windows installed that look great. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in fact plan on doing so later this year.

We had a quick fix to our roof that needed to be sealed. Essex Home Improvements gave great customer service, called back promptly and came to look at the roof that day and was able to do the work that weekend. Overall, we were pleased with the results and the prompt taking care of hte situation. I would hire them again for when I needed a bigger roof job.

We were very satisfied. He and his crew replaced the rotting wood, flashed everything properly, did the job very quickly and cleaned up completely. Was always accessible for questions and as a courtesy patched the old, damaged roof until he could replace the roof.
