As a property manager, I have much experience dealing with sub contractors. D and L rates at the top of my list. I had an emergency situation on a Saturday in August, three units with no water because of a pump failure. D and L was there 3 hours later, resolved this issue, cut no corners (despite it being a weekend). Tremendously impressed, an would highly recommend this company

D&L did an excellent job replacing my well pump. They were hired after the first co I hired could not do the job. The removal of the pump required ingenuity and hard work and took several days by James and his crew. The new pump was installed quickly and efficiently. They were courteous, friendly and great to work with. I would certainly use them again

They were fantastic they took very short time but they had to buy a new pump for this project and yes i would recommend it to a friend.

We had an Ida basement flood emergency which, among other things, stopped our well water. Within hours of calling for emergency service, we reached D&L who came promptly, fixed the problem restoring our water, and made helpful suggestions as to how we could restore our flooded basement. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, PROACTIVE, AND IMMEDIATELY FIXED THE EMERGENCY PROBLEM.

Super responsive to my request. Company was able to respond same day and arrived at my home quickly. They were able to assess the problem, quote us and make the necessary repairs in the same afternoon. I had not called this company in 7 years, but when I had a problem with my well they were here within hours. Very knowledgeable service technicians who zeroed in on the issue right way. Got back our water very quickly. Can't say enough good things bout this company.

Did the work the same day. Nice guys were on the job. They had to walk in 1/8th of a mile in the snow to get to my house. No complaints. The job was finished in no time.

They communicated with me through email and phone. I was aware of everything going on, no surprises. This is my first time dealing with a well, hard water, impurities associated with well water minerals, accumulator pressure and backwash systems. They made it easy to understand with the little knowledge I had regarding well water. The Techs who did the initial visit made me feel comfortable. We had conversations as we knew each other for years. This exchange made me lean towards hiring them easier. The same guys returned to install a whole house water filter, water softener, and a backwash system and recharged my accumulator. Great job! Enjoying the soft water and it benefits.

D&L pump company was great to work with. I needed my well head located and my pump replaced. Their prices are very reasonable. Part of the reason for this is that they don't need a subcontractor to do digging. The entire process was painless. The guys came and finished up the job in about 4 hours. Plus, they didn't leave a huge mess for us to clean up when they were done. The well pump works great, and fixed our water pressure issue in the house! What I really liked about them was their integrity and character. For example, when Eddie came to give us a quote, our pressure relief valve on the tank was leaking, and he changed it on the spot, because "he couldn't leave it like that." He didn't charge us for it. Second, we needed less piping than he quoted us for, and he didn't charge us for it, and took about $100 off the bill. He easily could have charged us for the extra and we wouldn't have known. That's a company you can stand behind!
