Ken responded quickly with a quote. I felt the inspection process was thorough, and he gave a good explanation of what he was looking at. It was pretty cool how he used a drone to inspect the roof. I was satisfied with the written report. And he was responsive to my questions about the report, getting back to me within a day with helpful phone calls.
