Gutter Services quickly contacted me with a quote and completed the job well and in a timely fashion.

They did an excellent job. The reason for the 4 in customer service was because they never called me to schedule a date and time...just showed up and completed the job order. I would have liked to been home while work was being done.

They said they can come within 2 weeks and they did, however we had no idea what day they would show up. When they did the cleaning, they left a form saying we were in a contract, I did not want a contract- just a one time cleaning, so I had to call and try to clarify that and to get my bill. They say they will email me a bill, but I still have not received a bill. It would have been easier for them to drop the bill when they did the service and not to assume I want a contract. Other than that, they did a good job and left it clean.

We would call them again.

My only minor complaint was that I did not receive a "heads-up" call or email prior to the project starting as had been stated - workers showed up one day and completed the job . . . the occupants of the home (not me) were unable to get any advance notice of their coming to start the work.

They came the same day I called. The staff was friendly and courteous. Their price was very fair and reasonable.

They came a week early and unfortunately I had 4 other contractors doing other various jobs and I wasn't ready for them that day but I let them come anyway. They were nice, respectful and did a good job but 2 things were done that I forgot were not as we spoke about and I called them and Wayne said he would send the guys back and redo what I'm unhappy about. I'm still awaiting for them to return. If they do fix what I needed then I will not have any problems recommending them to my friends. I have to wait and see.
