Wayne Barnett and his installer did a great job replacing my old 5" gutter with 6" gutters and downspouts at a reasonable cost. Before the gutters could be installed I needed some carpentry work done to repair section of the soffitt, the fascia, and supporting wood. Wayne recommended TC Home Improvements LLC and Tom Chiacchio delivered a professional job. I could not have been happier with my new gutters, the support structure, and the workmanship of both companies.

I thought I needed wider gutters. Wayne explained that wider gutters alone wouldn't solve the problem I was having it also required a riser. he was the only one of 4 gutter repair services who focused on solving the problem rather than just fulfilling the order.

Excellent customer service and work. They came out the next day for an estimate and a week later to do the work. They were very thorough and kept to their pricing even though there was some additional work. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them every year for gutter cleaning and maintenance.

I called on a Friday and they came on Tuesday to give an estimate. Unfortunately they said it would take 2-3 weeks until they could get to the job. Then to my surprise, they came 2 DAYS later (after the estimate was given) and did the repairs in a timely and efficient manner for a very reasonable price.

Project: unclog second floor gutter. They kept their word concerning pricing, They didn't try to sell me product or services I didn't need. I can't ask for more than that. I used to take care of second floor gutter issues myself, but I no longer feel safe up there. The service they performed is exactly what I would have done myself. The only small issue I had was they were supposed to call before they showed up. They didn't. However I was home so it was no big deal.

They called before they showed up and were extremely quick and efficient. I have a very steep roof and would never attempt to climb up there but they did a great job!

The service was painless, didn't need to be home, they came did the work and then billed me. Total trust on both sides. Would recommend them to anyone looking for gutter service or relpacement.

Response time was slow (about 2 weeks). Work was quickly done. Crew was new ( new rain storm will tell how good the job was). I have used them before and was very satisfied - hopefully this time also. I think they had a bigger crew last time. The Supervisor of the crew was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. As long as the work is as good as last time I will use them again.
