Very Well. I did not have to be home so they were able to do the job without taking off from work.

They did outstanding work. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave us helpful information about problem areas we need to work on in the future. They worked beyond the scope of what we requested and expected. For example, as they were trimming branches on a large tree, they found that a large part had died and could fall and be dangerous. Although they could have removed the dead part, the tree would eventually die. We agreed that the tree should be removed, which was not in the scope of work, but they quickly cut it down at no additional cost. They cleaned up thoroughly after their work. We used an Angie's coupon which provided a set number of man hours of work. Sean had preliminarily assessed what could be done in that time period. They completed all of it and more, even finished it ahead of schedule.

Everything was completed as discussed in a timely manner by the very professional and caring team. On arrival, the team reviewed the work order with me to confirm we all understood what was to be accomplished. I will definitely call Princeton Tree Care again.

After they arrived site, they did OK but they delayed my appointment a couple times. They arrived just before it get dart so I worried about their safety and job right.

It was pretty good. I think it was for 7 hours but it took them like 5 hours. The time was less. I think it was a good price. There wasn't really enough to do for the 7 hours and that's probably my fault. Overall, I was satisfied. The person that came out probably could have said that this doesn't require 7 hours. I guess he's just accommodating me. They did a good job. They were responsive. They came when they said. They were late but they called. They were very prompt.

The job ended up taking two visits, but was done without me needing to be there. I was very happy with the result.

Did a good job of pruning. Were on time. Guys were friendly and professional. They had to come back to grind the stumps, and there was some delay with that due to some hold-ups on other scheduled jobs, but that was not a problem for me since there was no urgency for us.

Crew were very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly.

They charged $1499 plus $265 for removal of debris. Their price was comparable.

The service was an A overall. I did feel that a little more could have been accomplished had all members of the three man crew been working to their full potential. But they did do a very good job and my primary goals were met. After they left, I inspected the property. They did miss a few bag worm nests that I noticed. I contacted Tim at the company via email late that evening, and the crew was back at my home the next morning to remove anything they missed. That is why the A rating is well deserved. I will definitely use them in the future to complete more clearing I need to have done in the woods.

It went very well. The crew did a very professional job of removing a large tree that had fallen down in a wind storm. They also removed seven stumps left over from a storm some time ago.

The actual work went great. Crews were efficient and careful. Asked for our preferences in a number of areas. Office personnel were friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues regarding communications after weather caused rescheduling.

Very good experience overall, the work was done on time and as quoted. The stump grinding machine left some unfortunate track marks throughout our grass but I don't think that could have been avoided (although having a heads up before hand would have been nice)

They are awesome. Princeton Tree Care is the real deal. Sean is great. His team is professional. We had another tree company come prior to Princeton Tree care who were paid in full and never completed the work nor did they do a 1/4 of what Princeton Tree Care did. Our property is 1.3 acres. We have a few dead and diseased trees on our lot. We definitely will rehire Princeton Tree Care.

The tree work was prompt, efficient, and performed with both skill and care. The numerous surrounding shrubs showed no sign of disturbance. Clean up was good. Excellent work at a reasonable price!

I loved this company. They were professional and friendly from the initial consult. The trees in my backyard were hard to take down because you can only reach my backyard through my garage (I live in a row). However, they arrived at 8:30 in the morning and were done by 11:30. Not only did they finish the task quickly, they cleaned up after themselves as well, hauling the wood through the basement and into their truck, and even raking up the leaves.

They arrived on time and started work immediately. The gentleman who climbed the tree and did the cutting was amazing. He made it look easy. The crew was friendly, respectful and courteous. They did a fantastic job cleaning up. The job was finished by mid afternoon. Stump ground, large pieces of stump hauled away. It's hard watching an old tree come down but they had all of the equipment necessary to make the job as painless as possible.
