Princeton Tree Care

We had a wonderful experience with Princeton Tree Care. We finally found a company that provided excellent customer service, prompt response and quality work. Will be the only tree company we use in the future.

The estimator was professional and so were the guys who did the work. They do need to improve their automated answering system and scheduling process. However, when you are able to speak to the person in the office, she is excellent.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, responsive with excellent customer service as well. Walked through a plan to not just cut but to trim to maximize the possibility of regrowth taking into account continuing to provide privacy.

They removed both trees in 2 days with no problems. And after they cleaned up, you would not know they were even there. I highly recommend them.

Princeton Tree Care did an amazing job with our recent project! It involved removing and disposal of several large trees, some of which were very close to the house and other trees. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and courteousness of Sebastian's team. They worked carefully and with strong attention to detail to complete a hard day's work. I noticed one stump that could make a great end table and Anthony trimmed it for me on the spot. We carefully researched to find the right company for this big job. Princeton Tree Care exceeded our high expectations. Well done guys!

The team was punctual, professional, and did everything we asked. They cleaned up so well it was hard to tell that they had been there!

Hardist working men I ever hired. Very busy time of year so communcition kind of hit or miss. Overall A ratting.

Their initial assessment was different than that of other companies but they seemed very knowledgeable. However, took lots of effort to schedule, then, they did a half decent job of remove dead limbs but failed to notice dying branches and leads. Within a few days of the work performed the limbs were too heavy after the removal and fell onto neighbor's yard. Ptc did not do much to address their role. They've got the equipment and knowledge but service can be hit or miss.

PTC does my routine upkeep. In the horrible storm we had 7/3/18 I had a large oak limb fall in my driveway and across my whole yard. I called them within 10 minutes and they came while it was still raining and cleared everything away within an hour of my call. They cut up pieces of the limb so I could use for firewood, shredded the rest. They were also helping direct traffic as there was a downed tree further up my street

Estimator met me within 24 hours, identified dead trees and dead growth from the winter storms.,, Sent out a remarkable crew in 2 weeks., Completed in 1 day and cleaned the property as if they never showed.. Workers were polite and courteous.. Started in the morning and never stopped until 6:30pm., The fact that half the work was over a pool without one branch or limb going in was amazing..

I got in touch with someone right away, even though I know they were extremely busy during the bad storms we had last winter. They got out as soon as they could and took off the fallen branch, treated the tree to protect it, and cleaned up some of the branches that could cause problems down the road. The tree is happy, we were happy, everyone was happy. We love that tree!

First meeting to size job was fine. Follow up team sent had NO idea what to do. Cut down WRONG tree. Couldn't follow instructions given to them by home office. Told us we didn't need to be home for work when we really did need to be there to direct them! Never again.

A very short time later, I think less than a week, they were in my yard grinding and removing. I came home to find that where once had been a minefield if roots and obstruction, was now a minor hole filled with a soft, pliable pile of wood chips flush with the surface of my lawn. Now my landscaping plans of a few bags of dirt and either some grass seed or a few rectangles of sod will make everything good as new. Thank you once again Princeton Tree Care for being prompt, professional, and competent. I am also impressed with how tech savvy this group is. You get your quote attached to an email and you either approve it or make changes, and then just push a button on the screen if your phone to send it back to them. And they respond very quickly. Last time, when they took down the three trees I was so impressed and grateful that I drove to their office to pay them. This time I did not have to because when I got the email with the bill there was also a button there to push if I wanted to pay. They had my credit card in the system and I paid with one press. Easy Peasy. I’m thinking Liz and the other woman in the office are the brains behind this cool stuff and they hang out with talented chain saw jocks and stump grinders. Thank you to all at Princeton Tree Care. If only dealing with all companies was this easy, efficient, effective, and gratifying. How I wish I could find a company this courteous and proficient to repair, powerwash, and stain my wooden fence. If only.

It went great. With winter hanging around an extra month this year all providers who work outside are behind schedule. I am behind schedule in things I want to get done in my yard. Princeton Tree Care went the extra mile to help me although I was not the most consistent or cooperative customer they have ever had. A woman by the name of Liz that works in the office at Princeton Tree Care to me personify's customer service and professionalism. They fit me in their schedule and did an amazing, clean, quick, efficient job of removing the three trees in question. I was amazed and beyond impressed. I was grateful and appreciative for them going the extra mile for me. This is a great company. I will use them again without hesitation.

WENT GREAT, I HAVE A BARN ABOUT 20 FT FROM THE TREE AND WAS A LITTLE WORRIED, BUT AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR I WENT BACK IN THE HOUSE WITH NO WORRIES... THEY LANDED THE LARGE LIMBS WITH PRECISION. THE MEN ARE A COURTEOUS BUNCH OF GUYS AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB, EVEN THE CLEAN UP IN THE YARD WAS LEAFT IN GREAT SHAPE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRINCETON TREE CARE..... AAAA++++

The work was done well and timely. The area was cleaned up very well, especially where the trees were removed. Princeton Tree Care kept us informed as the work was being done, and took time to explain all the work.

OK, let me explain. I purchased to reserve the service for $225.00 the balance to be paid on completion (listed at $1,499.00). It was listed as 3 people for up to 7 hours. When the Project Manager, Corey arrived we reviewed what had to be done and it was going to cost more. The office scheduled the appointment. On the work day, I had at least 6 people show up which meant I would get less hours. I reviewed again what I wanted done and they got to work. For some reason they seemed a little rushed. I had to ask a couple of times for them to do additional pruning. on the front trees it meant the gentleman had to bring the bucket back out and go up again. They were already in the truck and ready to leave without ringing the my bell but I did catch them and asked how much time I had left which I was informed about 20 -30 minutes more, and I was told they were trying to get to lunch before their next job. I wanted one of the trees cut back a little more which they did. I would have liked them to have done more cutting on a couple of trees and we could have discussed if they had not been in such a hurry, in fact I found some of their tools in the backyard but caught them before they left. Liddy, who works in the office was very nice.

It went well. There was an extra charge for grinding the stumps and for debris removal but I was told about it before the project was begun. The man who came out to see what needed doing was very good; explained things well and noticed a few problem areas that needed attention.

We were very happy with the professionalism in the removal and cleanup of the trees they took down and trimmed. However, while using the small tractor to move the limbs from the last tree, the tractor broke down in the back of the yard. I know that something like this can't be helped, but in an attempt to remove it, they dug up and rutted our yard, pretty badly. They assured my husband that they would restore the yard to the way it was, but that didn't happen. If they had, I would give them a glowing review. But now, my husband and I have to attempt to do the yard repair ourselves. Considering that both of us are in our 70's, it will be no easy task. For that reason, I am overall disappointed.

Awesome! The guys were professional, explained how they were going to remove the very large branches over the house and over my neighbors electric wires. They took real care. What I thought was a simple job; as I watched them take extra cuts on each branch in order to control the way the cut branch fell to avoid wires and not damage my lawn. They cleaned up all the leaves that fell along with all of the dead wood. I was really impressed!
