What they did was fine, however I am not sure how they did because it will take a year to see. They trimmed one tree back significantly so they did the work that was promised. I never met them in person, but my interactions were fine. They were able to fit into my schedule and were very good about that. They communicated by email and their billing worked very smoothly. I purchased a $75 Angie's List Big Deal for them to access my project. The actual work was much more than that and they charged me for it. I liked their cleanup. We had to reschedule with the gentleman who did the work because he had an accident and was not available. I was not there when they came. He got it done on the day he said he would. They were very professional.

These pines (probably about 50' tall) were in an exposed to west winds so we had a lot of damage in recent storms. There was plenty of room for them to be felled so it did not require a lot of equipment (such as cranes). They were not the least expensive of the two bids we got bid (the other outfit would have removed all 11 trees for around $12,000) but they did a nice job and were clearly interested in trying to preserve trees (which my wife liked).

The work went great! They actually arrived at my home earlier than I expected. They were extremely professional and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves very well. It was a very positive experience.

It went very well. They were very responsive from the time we'd purchased the discount through Angie's List. They did exactly what we'd covered when they provided us with the estimate. They arrived when scheduled, took care of the work, and did an excellent job. Staff were pleasant, courteous and capable. We would use them again any time we need a tree service.

I scheduled and met with the representative from Princeton Tree Care on Jun 20, 2014. The rep was polite and very knowledgeable. He took time to prepare a detailed estimate for the tree pruning and other services, which was little more than what we expected. We decided to hold off until a later date.

My first call was returned within one hour, and an appointment was made for early Saturday. A massive tree had been felled by ice, and landed in a neighboring yard. This was complicated by the terrain, snow and ice covered, and on a very steep slope. Work was agreed to begin on the next business day. Workers arrived on-time and worked quickly to remove the huge tree. Very professional and expert in their work, I will recommend them to anyone in need of quick, reasonable and professional emergency tree work. Well Done!
