They are extremely good at what they do. They climb rather than use a cherry-picker, and if like I you have a small yard where it would be difficult or impossible to get a truck in, this is the way to go. Cleaned everything up afterwards, cut branches to a length I can use in woodstove.

The initial response was quick enough. Received both an email and vm from this company to setup my appointment for 4/24/2015 at 2:00 PM. I replied and confirmed the date and time on email 12 minutes after I received their email. No one showed up for the scheduled appointment. No phone calls to re-schedule. No emails to re-schedule. Never heard back from them. I can understand if they had a problem with their schedule on the date of the appointment. All they had to do was email or call me to re-schedule. This was just plain unprofessional on their part. I would not use them again in the future.

The team arrived promptly in the morning and spent the entire day (until very late) completing the work. They were very courteous and professional. After contacting them a couple of days later to let them know that additional pruning was required, they came out to fix. The work completed on the removal of a very large tree and the subsequent stump grinding was done incredibly well. Overall an outstanding job.

Without bringing in any heavy equipments on our yard, the crew of light foot prints did an excellent job of trimming dead or unwanted branches of our several tall trees. They hauled away all the trimmed branches and left the job site very clean. Due to the number of trees that required attention and the fertilizer service we reqeusted, the coupon covered about half of the total price, but we felt that given the amount of job they accompliched, the cost was fair.

Service was excellent. Tim was the most professional and knowledgable service professional I've worked with since we moved in. He and his team made quick and tidy work of a large project and I will happily have them back to perform other tree work when needed.

OK. The crew - three men - showed up on time and went right to work. Three men with saws and ladders and a stake-bed truck were the crew. The deal was listed as '50% off' tree removal and clearing of all debris. They made quick work of the two trees and were able to get the brush into the truck. As they began attacking the larger tree one of them asked if I could dispose of the brush as the truck was full. I replied no - our township has picky rules about tree and brush disposal which was why I hired somebody. He asked if I could call a local dump to see if they could dump a load there; I replied that I was in the middle of a project, and shouldn't that be your job? The end result was that the trees were removed but a) lots of logs remained (not that big of a deal, I can use it for firewood), b) several loads of brush and branches were left behind which I had to pay later to have removed, and c) they left behind a number of tools (which hey, free tools, but I didn't find them until later after they'd rusted and could have been quite a hazard if they'd been mowed over). After the work had been performed I contacted a local tree service to get an estimate on another tree of the same size in a similar location. The quote was within $100 of this price but included a) a cherry-picker truck, b) guaranteed removal of all debris, c) the work was to be completed within 3 hours whereas this took close to 8. Kind of a no-brainer there, no?

They did a great job. They had a great attitude and I would use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Tim came out and talked about their services. We asked for an estimate for making sure anything over the house was pruned as well as performing any maintenance needed for the health and safety of our trees. He took some time walking through our yard and provided a detailed estimate. The estimate listed each tree with his suggestions on what needed to be done to each. We were able to see the price by tree to help us decide what we would have done. The crew started work the following Monday. Shaun and his team did a great job and were efficient and professional at all times. They took great care of our yard. In fact, the yard was cleaner than when they started! We will be using them again for regular maintenance.

The initial date of service had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. The rescheduled date arrived and the crew was prompt and worked hard. The work was completed by the next morning and the area was left very clean. We are happy with the service provided.

These guys were great from start to finish. Highly recommend. Was so glad I could trust our wide variety of trees to them!

Awesome. Tim was extremely helpful and accommodating. The crew was efficient and very professional. They did a great job cleaning up. And bonus was they cut the limbs down for firewood.

It was fine. They did a great job. They came out right away to do the estimate. I had more work done than what was covered by the big deal. The scheduling was a problem on my part because I was going away. I wanted to be here when they did it so we did a week later. They were very professional and did a great job. It was a great bargain. I get my trees trimmed every three or four years so I’ll probably be calling them back to do it again.

We have used them three times in the past year. They are friendly, professional, punctual, super neat and safe. They removed trees hanging over our pool and you couldn't even tell that they were there. Highly recommend.

The team arrived early in the morning and got the job done quickly and professionally. It was amazon how fast they got the five giant pine trees down in one day. The team returned on the second day to remove all the trunks and prune the large oak tree. They raised the tree canopy and cleared all the dead limbs. They left the yard very clean and tidy.

They were fine. They were prompt. We would up having more done than we expected. We didn't use the guy we usually use. He had to climb a tree and the guy that we usually use doesn't climb the trees anymore because he is older. He couldn't get his equipment, the one that has the bucket that will rise up, through the car port and he had to take down the fence. He could have taken down the fence but it was too high and it wouldn't fit under the car port and he wouldn't go take down the fence on the other side of the house. I don't know why but he didn't want to so we had Princeton Tree Service and they sent 3 guys out. At least one of them climbed the tree to prune the branches. It was pretty substantial. They had men that actually climbed the trees to do the work without the equipment. They couldn't get it through either.

He was very prompt in calling and showing up. His estimate was beautiful but it was more than I intended to spend to clean up the yard. I will not be moving forward at this point.

It went fine. They got it done quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all.

It went well. Someone came to the house before the job and said they could not remove all the dead trees with 3 men in a day, so we paid the extra $600 for 3 more men, and we also decided to pay an extra $450 for some stumps to be removed the following day. Although it cost more than we were expecting, we were very happy with everything.

Purchased Big Deal on Angie's list, plus contracted for another day of work. Contacted promptly upon purchase and crew arrived several days later as planned. They worked efficiently, and cleaned up well. They limbed a large ash that was not in great health and we will reassess to see if it recovers in next year. The large limbs were cut into logs and neatly stacked where I requested so they can be split next year. As they were finishing up the first day and still had some time left (3 men x 8 hrs), they trimmed the trees and bushes away from the house. They also did a walk-through of the rest of the property to see what other work was needed. We agreed on the price and they returned a few days later to complete the second job. All twigs,cuttings, etc, were raked clean.

They performed the work as described. They were easy to communicate with. They are quick to respond via email or phone call. They followed up after the service to ensure that I was satisfied. We discussed future work and they gave me estimates. I will definitely reach out to them in the future.

Chip, from Princeton Tree Service, arrived right on time, but unfortunately, I was told one of their trucks broke down on the Interstate on the way to my house. Not a problem for me because I had cleared my schedule for the day and Chip promised the entire job would get down no matter what time they finished up. He immediately put me at ease. He, along with Luis and Chris were such gentlemen and knew their business. Any questions I had were answered very much to my satisfaction. They got to work right away and didn't stop. The 2 tallest trees took the most time, of course. Luis and Chris each spent most of the day up in those trees creating a beautiful canopy. Boy, what a job that was! I didn't realize how much better my property would look after the job was done. The other trees that did not require them climbing to do the work were pruned and shaped to perfection. These guys were GREAT!!!

A few pear trees in our backyard needed to be trimmed back, so I contacted Princeton Tree Care and a couple of other tree service companies I found on Angie's list. Princeton Tree Care called me right back and scheduled to come out for an estimate. Sean came out to do the estimate, he was very pleasant and courteous. I received the written estimate in 2 days. I also got an estimate from another company, but decided to go with Princeton Tree Care for two main reasons: they were efficient, professional, and responsive; I told them I have a budget and can only do part of the work now, they were okay with doing one part and matched the price of another company. Sean came out with a crew of 2 to do the job, and again they were professional and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I was told the stump grinding would be done by a different crew and on a different day, and I was okay with that. I did have to make a couple of calls when they did not show up on the day they were supposed to come. They were apologetic and gave me a new date and they came and completed the job. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work, and will go to them when I need to have the other trees trimmed.

Overall the service was quickly scheduled and completed. There was only 1 concern that resulted in a B in resposniveness. We scheduled a time for a rep to come out and meet with my wife to review what needed to be done (12:30 on a Friday). At 12:15 we recieved a message that the rep was double booked and would not be able to make a 12:30 appt. Luckily he was available later in the day and my wife was still able to meet him. I understand conflicts arise, but the more notice than 15 minutes should be given. We are very happy with the service that was provided.
