Everyone involved is wonderful to work with, as well as extremely knowledgable and professional.

I signed up for a big deal but ended up adding extra services as I didn't know how much everything would cost. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The work was done promptly and they took care of it while I was at work and cleaned up everything by the time I got home.

Princeton Tree Service is excellent. The estimate was prompt and Sean worked with us all the way through the project. The men who did the work were pleasant, hard working and thorough. Clean up was terrific. I have already recommended this company to friends.

They took a couple days to long to coordinate the date for the service. However, once we eatabled the date the vendors showed up on time and did the work they had promised and actually did more. They were very professional and helpful. We do need additional services and have called Princeton for the services. We look Godard to the same experience we had before.

These guys are very respectful and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them and am planning on hiring them again in the future.

We closed on a house on 10/23/15 that had a large cherry tree right up against the house. It blocked all the light from the master bedroom balcony and its branches were touching the roof. While the cherry tree was being cut down I noticed that there was a walnut tree with a dangerous lean right over the roof on the side of the house. I asked Chris if he could remove that tree as well. Problem solved! I have never had such a friendly, responsive, and enjoyable experience with a contractor before. Liz responded very quickly to my Angie's List enquiries. She is very friendly and even cheered when we closed on the house. The closing had been delayed at the last minute which required last minute changes to the schedule. Tim was able to give me an accurate estimate from the seller's listing photos. He also was courteous and friendly when he came out the evening of the closing to verify the estimate. Chris and David were amazing. They were enjoyable and highly proficient. The whole experience was pleasant and a nice reprieve from a very stressful closing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is a very professional company. Some tree service companies really try to scare you into having them do lots of work -- not true here. The workers (led by Joseph) worked very hard to get everything done and to a high standard. They actually ran out of daylight and came back the next morning to finish up. I'm sure it would've been easier to do a so-so job and not have to come back, but that's not what they did. I was pleased.

They arrived on time and stayed until all the work was done.The branches were removed and placed into the truck, and then each tree was felled and cut into log size pieces for the fireplace. They cleaned the area of all debris and branches, and then left with the truck taking away all the parts of the tree that were not cut into logs. They were friendly professional and very hard working, I was tired by the end of the day watching the large amount of material that was cut and removed from the property. It's so nice to have somebody tell you what they were going to do and then they do it as promised. And they will come back and grind the 4 stumps. Thank you for your hard work!

From Tim's initial visit to review my requests and provide a quote to the two-day work led by crew captain Chris, Princeton Tree exceeded all of my expectations in every way - I couldn't recommend them more highly! Communication was great before and during service, my job was prioritized because of the imminent danger of the nut-heavy walnut tree overhanging my home from my elderly neighbor's yard, and the crew left my property clean. The trees look SO much healthier and Chris even did some add'l pruning of my neighbor's tree during project wrap-up. This company will be my "go to" for tree service in the future!

The crew doing the work ( Scott, Rod and David ) was punctual, professional and hard working. When they completed the work contracted to do they offered to clean up a few other trees at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I called and very quickly had someone come out to give an estimate. He sure knew what he was talking about! Helped me learn a few new things about trees and caring for them. I live in the Sourland Mountains & I want to keep my forest healthy! They gave the best bid on the job. We had several other estimates we collected from 3 other tree service providers. They showed up on time, asked for and were receptive to my feedback. The clean up so thorough you would never know any tree work was done. I would recommend them to anyone!

Tim contacted me shortly after submitting a request for an Angie's deal for a 3 man all-day crew to come out an scope out our property. My primary goal was to get a large 80+ ft dead tree removed in the middle of our backyard. The tree was in close proximity to our pool and perimeter fencing. There were multiple other very large, mature trees on the property that also needed some attention as well. After seeing the property, Tim felt that 3 people wouldn't be enough to accomplish everything in a single day, so we eventually decided on adding 5 more people to the crew (combination of climbers and ground crew) for a total of 8 people all day. We were able to schedule a day for the work to be completed shortly thereafter. The crew came in the morning and worked ALL day (past 7pm) to get as much done as possible. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They treated the property very well and left it in good shape at the end of the day, considering the amount of work that was done. We salvaged some of the trees for use as firewood. The rest was removed from the property. The climbers did an AMAZING job...the center pruned trees look great and truly look much healthier, in addition to really opening up the property. There is still a little bit of work left to be done (some mulching and stump grinding), which Tim assured me the team would be back to complete. There simply wasn't enough time in the day to work any more. They left at sundown. We just have to pick a day for them to come back, but we are extremely happy with their work and have already recommended to several of my co-workers.

I wasn't home and my husband was working at the time. The effort seemed to go fine. They did trim back a branch too far, but it ended up being better that they did that.

I cannot speak highly enough of Princeton Tree Care. They scheduled the estimate the next business day after I made the request, and Tim was both right on time and called ahead to say he was on the way. He was courteous and thorough, walking me though all of the work that he recommended on the trees. They were easy to deal with on the phone and were able to schedule the work only two days after the estimate. They arrived on time and were efficient and courteous as they performed the work. The trees look amazing and I would use them again in a second.

From beginning to end they were professional, responsive, and courteous. They provided a detailed estimate and an informative consultation. Their price was fair and they went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommend them.

Everything went very smoothly. They came out to my home on Sunday, July 12th to give me an estimate. Sean was right on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me an easy to understand invoice and honored the Angie's List coupon for $400 worth of services for $199. My original appointment was for August 17th, 2015 but they were able to fit me in two weeks earlier on August 5th. I wasn't there to watch them do the work but my wife was able to observe them. They were done really fast and cleaned up the area when they were finished. I am very satisfied with the experience and will probably hire them in the future.

Went very well. The crew moved to different priorities as we identified them and worked hard all day. Climbers were great to watch. This job was a fixed amount of time and they asked with plenty of time to spare if we preferred a good clean-up (they were ready to do an immaculate clean-up) or spend more time in the trees. We went with the trees. Limbing the tree down over the septic field was tough and one of the trees they climbed to prune hung over a busy intersection. They were prompt in calling after purchasing the deal. Did a little up selling and accomplished everything I was looking for and came when they said they would. A very good experience.

They were very responsive and came out to give me a quote. Their price was good and I liked that they would be climbing the tree to remove the trunk instead of bringing a bucket truck. I had another company come out a few years back to cable the tree and they brought a bucket truck that dd a great deal of damage to both my driveway and my neighbors. When the scheduled day came for them to do the work, 2 guys showed up on time. The problem here was that they quickly realized they needed a 3rd guy given the tree was in a tight spot and they didn't want to do any damage to a nearby garage. They needed to reschedule for another day when they could get a third worker. i was able to easily scheduled a new date/time and they honored the original price. They arrived on time and were truly amazing. They worked efficiently and carefully and were expert in ensuring there was no damage to the property. They did what they said they were going to do and the tree now looks healthy and safe. TThey even spent an hour cleaning up all the wood chips and leaves that had fallen and left the place cleaner than it was before they came. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew from Princeton Tree Care were very professional and courteous: from quick response with estimate to removal of large tree and diseased or dead limbs from 3 other large trees to thorough clean up during the process and after completion. Sean, Scott, and their team did great work. I would recommend them highly for any tree service.

Very responsive and professional. I received a message within an hour of booking the deal and their representative scheduled a consultation for the very next day. The work was scheduled within a couple of days of the consultation which was a surprise. I did have an issue where the job performed wasn't exactly what I envisioned and they came back out o make sure everything was taken care of. I was extremely satisfied with their work. A+ in my books!

The crew was super professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. One limb was entangled with an old lilac bush and when they took the branch down the bush didn't look very good. They came back another day and took care of it. They also --as a complimentary service--trimmed off some lower limbs from a huge spruce tree because they were overhanging the driveway. Overall I am well pleased. BTW, I indicated the price was approx. $900, but with my Angies deal it was about $700.
