Description of Work: Bed bug service- these bugs are a worst nightmare and Cooper was professional and empathetic. They tried to put my mind at ease. Follow up services were easily scheduled. The first service was intensive ($700+) with the follow ups at around $340. Great to work with... hope you never have to.

Description of Work: Cooper comes to the house regularly and does an excellent job of spraying both interior and exterior to prevent roaches, centipedes, ants, mice and other vermin. I am very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Installed Termite pockets around the house. They do an inspection regularly and are professional in their dealings.

Description of Work: Update: Cooper responded to my review and sent a regional manager who went above and beyond to help eliminate rodent problem. I will be using Cooper in the future because they care what people think about their service; and that's what's important to me.

Description of Work: Excellant experience. Company person was on time and made a professional presentation with uniform & truck. Purchased Old House that needed substantal work. She went thru house and told me what the issues were and listened to my concerns regarding pects entering home when we got rid of all the overgrowth outside. She looked at all the potential entry points in the house (which it turns out there were few) and closed them. She went into the attic (thru a small crawl space on a hot day) and srayed a wasp nest. She then sprayed around the whole house premitier pushing back overgrowth and told me about 2 colony of ants that she took care of. She then wrote a complete report of her work. I signed up for their continuing service.
