I would give them an overall rating of an A. They come out and do their quarterly service and anything in between those visits that you need them for they will come out and treat it.

We have been using them for over forty years. They are great. They come out quarterly. They are very professional and compliant. They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they say they are going to do. I can't find any faults in their service.

We have a contract with them. They come out four times per year. They send the same woman out each time and we really like her. They do a great job.

I have used them for 8 years. I don’t have any complaints about them at this point. They are coming out today. I have a service contract with them. I would recommend them. I have not used anybody else so I won’t be able to tell about the price. They are the only ones I have used. I have not had any problems with bugs and rodents.

I really like Cooper Pest Solutions and have used them multiple times in the past. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and look out for our best interests, won't try to sell us unnecessary services. In terms of price, I don't remember the specific price but do know it was reasonable.

They came out and were able to rectify the problem. They were thorough, reasonably priced, and followed up. When the first visit didn't solve the problem, they came back and treated it again. They offer a years guarantee. They worked out good and we haven't had any issues since.

They are really dedicated to bed bugs. They were amazing. I had resolved the problem but I didn't know that. He did a very, very thorough inspection and assured me that there were none around. He recommended a powder that I could put down around the area. He also recommended mattress covers that they sell and I did buy it. I think the price may have seemed a little high because he didn't have to do anything, but that was a good thing. I was glad to get the results. The guy so knew his stuff that it was unbelievable. Their price was fine. I would recommend them and I would absolutely use them again.

They did a very good job getting rid of the yellow jackets. Whatever they did, it worked, and did not cost a fortune. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

I want to give a little background information first. Starting approximately 2006, we started to notice the stink bugs but very infrequently. However, each year following, the amount increased significantly and in October 2009, it was so bad, I could not ignore it any longer. I had so many stink bugs on my home it was scary. Cooper said that they could treat the house and the attic and decrease the amount 90% or more. I was a little skeptical but desperate. September 2010 was the first treatment and in October 2010 the bugs started to descend on my house again but I also noticed many dead ones as well. Fast forward to October 2011 (after my 2nd treatment), and I see a significant decrease of stink bugs! The treatment is working! I believe it is a 80-90% improvement.

The reason it was a little higher priced because they will come out when ever I needed their help. They were knowledgeable When I had a problem again, I could not get a hold of them for them to come back out. I may or may not use them again in the future since they do not answer phone calls or return calls.

I have used them for years. They are great. I like the fact that they try to use products that will be safe for my children and my pets. I think they are right on the cutting edge of technology. They have special tiers for how involved you want to get; they provide a lot of options for you to choose from. The personnel/staff could not be nicer. I would highly recommend them.

We like their work a lot. Their customer service is really terrific. They are really good at helping you on the phone; they answer all your questions. Their technicians seem like they know what they are doing. If they don’t know the answer to something, they will follow up with you once they do. We recommend to others.

They do an excellent job. I have been using them for a few quite years now. Their service techs are very contentious. Anytime there is a problem they are here within a timely manner. They are also very professional.

They are great, I love these guys. Their responsiveness of our calls is excellent; they are usually out within 24-48 business hours. Their staff is very knowledge, they know what they are talking about and they know their bugs. The sale staff does not try to over sell you on things you don’t need. I thought I needed tick service for my lawn and they came out and told me I only had the normal problems and only needed the normal pest control, not the extra tick treatment.

The work has been very good and they have done a great job. They call us ahead of time to let us know when they are coming and they have been very thorough.

They were very customer service oriented and responded quickly. They came out and gave me a written estimate, which was accurate, and followed up in a timely manner with doing the job. The workers were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I guess they are going to do the treatment four times; they have come out the first time, and they will come out three other times on their schedule. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They are on Angie's list. They were pretty good. I would recommend them. The only thing that one needs to look over is the contract because the contract only covers the certain pest. If one is having a problem with a specific pest than it might not cover it. He got rid of most pests in general; but I have a problem with springtail, and the contract doesn't cover that. I mentioned it, but they said they would do an overall bug thing. It has been only three months, and I don't know how long it will take. If I have a problem, then I can call them. I will grade them A across the board except for the price.

This company is very efficient and very good. They are very timely and effective in pest control. Overall, they have done an outstanding job.

I have a yearly contract with them and I spend around $125 four times a year. The technicians are always very nice and professional. They do an exterior and interior check and get rid of everything. They have a list of 60 insects that they get rid of.

They take care of the problem and if I have any other problems I call them and they come out immediately and take care of it. The technicians are very pleasant and very professional. I’ve never gotten any other prices but their prices are good.

They were excellent. They walked all around my house and inspected whether there were any areas where the pests could get in through the windows or the air conditioners. They just did a walk through in the house. Michael was name of the person who came in. I couldn’t fin a better person than him because he took time to walk around and he explained everything very clearly like how they operate and when they come in the house. He gave a lot of information. He showed me different areas in my house where there were chances of the pests to migrate. He moved the refrigerator and made sure there was nothing under that. He also explained the areas under stove where they would like the most. He was there for two hours. He also explained types of plans and also offered me a seasonal plan where they would come in and check for pests and I could even call them anytime I notice some pests around and it didn’t matter how many times they come in. He also educated me on lot of other things which I didn’t know about. I just liked him and the survey done. He was excellent. They give options either on a monthly basis or yearly and that was great. They really helped me out a lot and I am really satisfied with them and I have signed up for the plan. I would call them in advance to lay the trap and they could do their work. I would rate them high overall. I was very comfortable with them. They were well mannered. They also called before they came in for the inspection and I was very happy with them. They were very professional. I would use their services in the future.

We just kept the contract that the previous homeowners had.

They show up and spray without bothering me.

They come once in a month. My neighbor recommended them to me. They do a neat job. I am very satisfied with them.

They are very good. They were punctual, did everything they said they were going to do and claimed that they can reduce the stinkbug problem by 90-100%! We will wait until Spring to see how efficient it will be. They sent me email of the chemicals they were going to use which other companies won't do. The man that came to my house was very friendly, nice and seemed knowledgeable.
