The woman came yesterday because I thought I saw a little pest while I was at home and this worried me. She was able to explain everything to me and reassure me of the work they did. They have always been very sympathetic towards me and they don’t care how often you call them in between inspections.

They came right away and set up a plan and worked around our schedule. Very considerate of the fact that there are children in my house and safety.

I have been using them for 15 years. As far as I know, the price is good.

We called on a Saturday morning and they sent Deniz to our house between noon and 1. He arrived at around noon and was very professional and courteous. We had what looked like sawdust dropping from the ceiling (cathedral ceiling) and he collected some and said he wasn't sure what caused it but it wasn't termites and that he would have the entomologist look at it. He called us back on Monday or Tues (not sure) and told us that it wasn't sawdust, it was chewed up foam insulation and that we had mice in the roof! We discussed options and decided to try taking care of it ourselves. He never pressured us. We very much appreciated their honesty and expertise, and when/if we need a pest control expert, we will be calling them again!

They solved the problem. They seem to know what they were doing. Before they even came to the house they told me about their services and what they would be doing and then the service person they sent seem to know what he was doing. He also gave me hints about what to do after he checked with his pest treatment. They came quickly. He was punctual. I would use them again.

I found this company on Angie's List. I had this company come to my home to inspect for bed bugs. They were very thorough. They did not find any so no other treatment was needed. They did a good job and the staff was professional.

The carpenter bees are no longer a problem. If needed in the future I will call Cooper and recommend them to anyone who asks for pest control/exterminating.

I would recommend Cooper Pest Control. They take care of items that might not be apparent to us as a homeowner and they will mention it without any additional charges. They really do care about their customers. Their service is excellent. The only thing that I do not like is that they pass their gas prices on to their customers. If the gas prices go up, they charge more, but they do not decrease their price when gas prices go down.
