I highly recommend. I have been using them in the past. They seemed to be effective and they are prompt and I have not had any problems with the services provided. There is a wasp nest that they did not notice and so they are coming back to take care of that. I have a special service the other one is mosquitoes that is separate from the regular service that I agreed to do this summer just to try it out so that is an additional service for the summer season. I grade their price you know I think they are probably competitive but I will give them a solid "B".

So far it was okay, I mean they are on a regular return. I hired them to come out and do a lawn application and that is what they did. They came when they said they were going to come. We had a one person doing and started it and then we had a second one that came last time so I guess both of them were pretty good. I would use them again.

The service was OK, the technician removed an inactive nest, the nest was approximately 15 feet above the ground, since it was raining, the technician didn?t want to use the ladder, so I used the power wash to clean myself. It was a 10 min job.

Very well. Plus they're very pleasant when they come to do the service.

Everything goes well. We have two different services with them. One is the basic pest control and also termite control which is maintained every quarter.

Always great when you find top quality pest control! Had Cooper Pest spray my deck for carpenter bees. Sales person was very practical and technician was prompt, courteous and timely (cost I think was $150 for the service with retreatment as necessary through Sept 2014). Had them come out again to treat my playset (it was clearly stated up front and decided by me not to include the playset in the initial treatment so this is no issue on Cooper's part) on a rushed basis a day or two before my daughter's 4th birthday party to be held in the backyard....not only did the sales person accomodate my rush request very promptly, she even discounted me for the additional treatment! Great customer service and very much appreciated! Will use Cooper again as needed and I have absolutely no reservations recommending them to others.

Very responsive to initial inquiry. Thorough in explanation of what they thought would be most useful in eliminating our flea problem including outside rodent trapping if problem persisted, which they do not do. Recommended additional products to get rid of outdoor rodents that were allowing problem to persist. Very professional overall.

They took care of outside prevention carpenter ants, the inside, mice, spiders. Very efficient and knowledgeable (just keep the bug whatever and whosh all gone)

As always, Cooper is prompt, courteous, professional, and effective. We were able to get someone out within 2 days and they immediately treated the issue. They set our expectations for how things should proceed and when we should see the last of the ants, and they were spot on. We highly recommend a service contract with Cooper.

They do good. They are very professional. They seem to have a very good handle on what my problems are. I haven't had as many problems as I had previous to their coming out. I think that they do good work.

It went fine. They seem to be fine and take-able. Their quality of work was good. The overall job went good and fine. I thought the price is a little high.

I am very satisfied with their services. Every time they found a problem, it was pretty easy to deal with it. It is a little bit pricey but the service is good.

They do a couple of houses in our street. When we were redoing the windows we saw some termite damage. I had Cooper Pest came out to look at it, just to make sure there was no other activity happening. Then we had ant issues for the last 10 years on and off. I like the fact that they don't bother me. I just get charged to my credit card. They came out and they were professional. Then they just read the thing on the door and I don't have to worry about it. I haven't had any problems since they've been treating me. I think the pricing is really reasonable. They do what they are supposed to do.

Although it took them three visits to get the yellow jackets under control, Cooper was quick about their followups.

Was able to schedule a visit within 48 hours. Arrived on time. Walked through to evaluate what may have been a minor infestation. When prompted, he responded that a treatment for a one bedroom apartment my size if infested would be $1000-$1500. After a thorough inspection, he assessed that there were no obvious signs of infestation, and due to the cleanliness/precautions that were already taken, he suggested bed traps and monitoring. I willingly purchased these off of him for $20. Should these capture any bed bugs, I'll be sure to contact this provider for service in the future.

Someone came out promptly same day I called which was a relief in itself. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. After agreeing to a contract for a year, my first treatment was scheduled for two days later. He came out and went above and beyond to take care of my issues with wasp nests he found always explaining things as he performed the treatments. They were both very reassuring that they they would always respond if I have any issues in between service dates. After this initial dealing with them, I now have peace of mind that I found a company that cares about the services they deliver and the high expertise their employees possess. I highly recommend their services to anyone with bug/rodent problems.

We recently bought a house with previous termite problems. After many calls to continue monitoring service with another big pest company with no response, we decided to try someone else. Cooper came out, inspected the property for current insect activity and provided a free quote for installation of their monitoring service. The sales rep that came out was very knowledgeable and personable. She answered all of our questions. Once we decided to go with Cooper they sent someone out within a week to do the install and their monthly monitoring rate was fair in comparison to others.

The person for the initial inspection was very friendly/professional/prompt. He walked around the house with us, spent time measuring and provided a quote right there. We were contacted that afternoon (at our request) for the service visit, which was scheduled within 1 week. We haven't seen carpenter bee activity since they sprayed, so far so good!

Inspector examined the entire house; explained the process and the agreement; and answered all questions. He did not mind answering all questions completely and followed up periodically. After a deposit, the services were billed in payments every other month. They left me progress reports and even emailed them to me. I would recommend them. I feel like they were very open and honest.

They did a very nice job and we haven't had a problem since they came. We filed for a yearly contract with them. They came out first and gave us an estimate. The person that came was on time and came when they said they were going to. He spent time looking around at our problem and was very professional. And then gave us a quote within a couple of days, which we were pleased with. Then within about three days they came out and did the work.

She was extremely thorough and very professional. She took samples and didn't find any trace of bed bugs. They weren't able to spray for any bugs, because they didn't find any trace of them.

Good experience. Steve showed up on time, explained the service, listened while I explained the problem, answered all of my questions, then treated the house. I'll be using them again.

They were okay, fine. There were signs of termites in the house but we couldn't find any. The floor up in my bathroom was weak, it was soft like it was going down. He asked if we could take a few tiles off to see what was going on. I said sure because I have to see what is going on with the floor anyhow. He took some of the tiles off and sure enough underneath part of the subflooring was eaten up. Down in the basement he found tubes. We found traces of termites. He did put the traps outside and he was very good. I was very pleased with him. He put out 20 some traps around the house and he will be coming out every other month for 2 years. After that, it will be up to me if I want to continue. I think that they were prompt and they came on time. I can call them anytime. 24 hour service. They are very good on the response, they came out very quickly.
