They found termite evidence before the coverage started, so we have to pay for that. The price stated was quite reasonable compared to previous experiences with similar services.

Service was timely and professional and the provider answered all questions and offered additional information about the hornets. I am a very satisfied customer to date.

Description of Work: Provided a free on site consult by Jonathan the day i called about yellow jacket problem. I dad seen about 50 yellow jackets in the house ( mostly dead )over a period of several weeks and found a nest in a crack in fascia on side of front porch. Jonathan gave me an estimate to have tech come out for a more thorough inspection ( $105) and treatment of nest. Total of around $200) the next business day. Tech ( Rand) showed up at the scheduled time . He inspected house inside and out. Even climbed ladder up to attic and inspected. He found nothing other than the active nest and dead yellow jacket bodies in rms near the nest. He explained he thought that the bodies were from "confused" stragglers getting threough the smallest of cracks and openings, and that treatment of nest with killing, nonrepellant gell would probably eliminate the problem in a few days. If i continued to see yellow jackets near the nest or in the house after 5 days to call for a more extensive treatment though the interior walls. Randy treated the nest for a total charge of just over $200 as previoulsy indicated to me. Ithas been eight days now and have not seen any yellow jackets near the nest or inside the house from 2 days following the treatment. Seems to have worked.

Description of Work: Intial visit was a consult and inspection. Although I haven't seen evidence of termites, I want to be proactive. Second visit was inspection and install of termite bait stations. Price includes stations and a yearly inspection. Including follow up visit, in 4 mths, to check for activity. So far, I'm pleased with service.

Description of Work: In order to obtain a demolition permit for our house, we need a letter for no Rodent Activity at the site. Cooper provided the service by setting several Rodenticide on the site. After several days they came back and took them back for analysis, then provided us a letter for the permit. However, they left one in our house for us to dispose. I think it contained toxic materials because they put up many "dangerous" signs on each entrance to prohibit anyone going into the house. Other than that the appointment was on time and the price was right.

I first contacted them last year for a carpenter ant problem. After my initial treatment I contracted with them to do all my pest control.
