I was very pleased with them. They were very professional, very quick, and very thorough. They did a very good job. My one concern was pesticide residue and wiping out everything, not just the ants. That did not happen. The pesticide seemed to be very species specific. Either what they used or in the way they used them, I haven't seen an ant in the house and it is past the 90 day guarantee. We were very happy with them. We considered that as a positive experience with them. They weren't a big nationally advertised company and I figured they would not just overkill. They are a local company, they seem to be quite well-established, and they have Angie's List recommendations. I have seen them around for years. There was no clean-up to do. They had 2 people come out. One person came out to give us an estimate, to tell us what would be done, and to schedule the appointment. The second person came out and did exactly what they said they would do and did it quickly. What impressed me was that they didn't try to sell me other services. There were some things they could have latched on to but they didn't. They stuck to their business and they did it very quickly and efficiently. They were very professional. They answered all my questions very patiently. They were a lot less than I thought they would be. I would use them again in the future.

Rep from Cooper was very straight forward. My house is built on slab with duct work in the slab. He said Cooper does not provide Termite Protection Programs on these types of homes because they cannot guarantee their work. They would be able to suggest another company if I wanted to go that route. The rep did a walk around the house, answered all my questions, checked over the chemicals used the last time the house was treated (I had the file), and even contacted someone from the company that makes the chemical to find out what its life cycle was and when I could safely treat the house again. Cooper went above and beyond at no charge. I would definitely think of Cooper first next time I need an exterminator!

Since it was a "consult only" it went well. Cooper's advice was "right on." I wish I was able to use them from the beginning (but I had to use my landlord's pest guy instead). Landlord paid for the pest extermination, not the Cooper consult. I hired Cooper just to verify results of the landlord's exterminator, as I did not trust my landlord (and for good reason). I'll post about landlord if/when Angie's list has a list of landlords and their properties to avoid renting from ;)

I found them to be polite and knowledgable. Unlike other companies, they didn't spend half the time upselling additional services. They were prompt to respond to my phone request for service and provided many options for service times. They listened to my concerns, took a specimen of a spider back for analysis and sprayed the basement and perimeter of the house. My initial impression is a positive one and will remain a positive one if I don't see anymore spiders of any size.

The experience was very good - punctual estimate, service completed in the next 2 days, follow up appointment was requested and done the next day. The only issue that I have was that others in our neighborhood used another provider and paid less than half the amount. I don't mind paying more for quality, but more than double is just not neccessary.

Very positive. We saw a noticeable decrease in ants quickly. We will use them again if the ants return.

I've been satisfied for what they've done over the years. They cover our ant issues, as we're in the woods. Whenever we've had any issue with seeing any ants, they have someone come out to take care of the issue quickly.

We interviewed a few different companies to get different pricing and decided to go with Cooper. It was successful and they actually went away very fast. Both the person who came out to give an estimate and the worker were both very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions.

I've used them for probably 15 to 20 years and have always had a good experience. I'll continue to use them in the future.

I have used Cooper for about six months. I like that they come right out when I call them. They have very good customer service. I think that they do a very good thorough job. The pricing is a little bit high, but I think it is worth the work.

WE also have a contract with them. They are always very responsive, if I call them for anything. They seem very knowledgeable. The price is very fair. We have used them for years.

They sent out a technician, Melvin, and we specifically wanted him to focus on the carpenter ants. He sprayed everywhere outside to prevent them from spreading. We didn't have a problem with them being inside, and we didn't want it to get to that point so he sprayed around all the trees. He was very thorough, polite a I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are the only company in the area that I know of that guarantees their work in this field.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. I FEEL LIKE THEY WILL FIX ANY PROBLEMS WE MAY HAVE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ALWAYS DONE A REALLY GOOD JOB FOR US.
