Description of Work: I am rewriting my previously negative review which stated that I was not contacted by Triumph at all. It turned out that the company had sent me an email stating that they were working on my estimate for an addition to my home. I had somehow not received it, or I had mistakenly not opened it????? I'm not sure what happened, but after writing my negative review, the company sent me a copy of the email. I had already hired someone else for our job, so Triumph did not do work for me. However, you will hopefully be able to ignore the previous poor recommendation, and allow them to bid on your work.

Description of Work: We used Triumph construction to replace our deck. When the old deck was torn down Jim brought to our attention certain things that were not done correctly such as not having flashing to protect the foundation from water damage. It would have been much easier for him to not say anything and just put up the new deck but as he said "I don't work that way and feel a job should be done properly". Jim and his crew were prompt, neat and efficient. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Our deck is beautiful and very well made. The finishing touches and professional lines just make the deck. They were punctual and professional. There was a scheduling backup, but we were notified immediately and Triumph worked with our schedule as well. All, and I mean all, the workers were polite and easy to work with. It was just a pleasure from start to finish. Just the way a small business should run.

Description of Work: Update to existing deck. Installed new glass baluster vinyl railings wrapped all wood posts in azek. Turned out fabulous and we get a lot of compliments. They were a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: No service provided..Responded quickly to my requesting for an onsite meeting to discuss my needs for property. The gentlemen was very kind and professional. My review is based on the lack of interest in doing business with us and the lack of follow up. I am looking for estimates on roof replacement. New attic fan..bathroom shower installation with seat and grab bars to accommodate aging parents. The man stated his company does not install or fix or provide roofing services. Which is opposite of what is described on Angie's List. He did state he would follow up with estimate for other services however I have not heard from anyone.

Description of Work: Unfortunately a DUD!!! Did not keep appointment for estimate. Called to say he forgot my address. When he did show up, he did not inspect the roof which was the problem area. After a cursory look at my ceiling, he said he would submit an estimate. Never heard from him again. I'm sure he has some excuse. A big waste of time. I don't understand why contractors lie instead of just saying they don't want the job. Would never use or recommend Triumph.

At the time our main concern was #1 finding a contractor that we could trust to do the project correct and in a timely fashion and #2 we wanted to make sure we were getting a reasonable price.  + 2 moreI have used Triumph before and im always happy with their work. I originally called Jim for a siding quote, but we decided to go with porch repair 1st because of some dangerous structural issues. Painting the outside was actually their idea to help me save money!
Description of Work: We just had front porch redone. They removed most of front deck/repaired and then added porch roof. We also had outside of house painted and they even painted a room for me inside.

 + 2 moreOnce every couple of years my husband and I will renovate a property and either sell it or rent it out. Whenever we look at a property we will call Jim (triumph) and get his professional feedback. We have found that one of the biggest advantages of working with Jim is his companies ability to handle just about anything we come up against. Its really nice to be able to trust that your contractor is looking out for your best interest. Triumph has done extensive work on both our home and our investment properties. This last project was a bow window/ siding... Great Job as always

 + -1 moreWe actually had an existing deck that needed to be repaired/ rebuilt and then we decided to add on to it. Demo went very smooth and before we knew it they were framing and pouring footings for the new structure. Jim was very patient with us when it came to selections as we were torn between going with composite decking and new pvc materials. in the end we choose a composite material with an extremely high rating and good warranty. 3 guys including Jim were on the job from 7 to 5 daily until the project was finished. The deck came out great! The process was painless and the crew was a pleasure to be around.
Description of Work: We had Triumph Construction, LLC build a 12' x 24' deck. They helped design the deck and gave us several choices for decking and rails. They are very easy to work with, eager to help solve problems, and flexible when it came to the last minute section of stairs we added. We have used Triumph for several projects in the past and they have never let us down.

 + 6 moreLate fall early winter we renovated our kitchen and converted our sunroom into a true 4 seasons room. From the beginning Jim was a great help with designing our space. Honestly we didn't realize how important preplanning on a project like this was and if not for Jim, his wife and a couple of their local contractor/suppliers help we would have made some big mistakes. We were really happy with the fact that Triumph does all of their own carpentry work including tile, sheetrock, and painting. The subcontractors that were brought in were licensed professionals and also a pleasure to work with. The project took a couple of weeks and came out great. We are not only happy with the design plan but we are thrilled with our selections for all of our finishes. Great company Great Products Highly Recommend

 + 0 moreTriumph did a complete bath renovation for me. From start to finish i would highly recommend Jim and Company. My old bathroom looked like something from out of the 70s and I was having a hard time deciding on what direction to go. Jim was able to provide me with several visual aids that helped me make crucial design decisions before construction began. On day 1 I got a copy of the field schedule which kept me " in the loop" throughout the process. The finished product was even better then the 3-d renderings! Thank You Triumph
Description of Work: We had a bathroom renovation done. Basically everything in the bathroom was taken out and replaced with new. Some minor structural repairs had to be done once the room was opened up.
