We are very satisfied with the installation and love our new wood floors. Phone calls were always returned. Jack was referred to us from our friends who were also happy with his work.

They did not do any work for us and did not charge us anything for the estimate. Our experience with them was very good. Their estimate was a bit on the higher side, and that's the reason why we did not use them. It wasn't because of anything else. We eventually got a more reasonable estimate.

They were gentlemen with nice manners and no bad language. They did not smoke in my home. They didn't make a lot of noise except for the machinery. They came in and worked and they rubbed the whole floor by hand. They explained the different finishes that I could get and told me how to take care of the floor. They also left a can of stain here in case I needed to touch up or if I wanted to finish some other furniture. They told me to call if I had any problems and they would be here. They were so courteous and thoughtful that they put all the furniture back exactly where I wanted it. I am all alone and I felt safe with these guys. There were a couple of them and I did not feel threatened in any way. They did not make any nasty remarks. Their manners were super and their job was beyond super. I would recommend them to anybody. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Jack was probably our last estimate out of 4 total estimates. We went with Jack because he brought certain things to our attention such as: two different types of wood in our home, floorboards that no longer could be refinished and boards that needed to be replaced. Jack's estimate, although it had more detailed work that was to be done was actually lower than all the rest. Jack was extremely friendly, informative and punctual. The only thing we were not happy with was that all the garbage from the job was left on our front lawn. Besides that we were extremely happy with the work and service
