 + -1 moreI contacted Guardian when I had a problem with my garage door opening as soon as it closed. It would not stay closed unless I disconnected the apparatus on the ceiling, and closed it manually. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained that the problem could be that the electronic 'eyes' were either out of alignment or had gathered dust. She also told me that I could get the door to stay closed just by holding down the wall button until the door closed. I was amazed that she gave me the information I needed in order to resolve the problem myself without paying for a service call. That kind of service is unheard of! I was very thankful for her willingness to help! I will definitely call Guardian if I have another garage door problem!
Description of Work: Guardian resolved my garage door problem by giving me information over the phone on how to get the door to stay closed.

Description of Work: Converted a 2 car garage with a post in the middle and 2 doors to one without a post and a single large door. Guardian dealt with the doors and another subcontractor eliminated the post. The result was outstanding.

 + -1 moreThey are good people. They stand behind their work. I have used them in the past. I even had a problem, and they sent somebody down. They didn't charge me even when it was my fault. They were reasonable for what they did. I can't complaint. I would just say they were right by me. They provided a good service. They were prompt. The guy who came out was good. It was a nice experience. They were nice to me.
Description of Work: Guardian Garage Door Service fixed my garage door about a year ago. They put in a new spring, and it had to be all readjusted. They replaced the coir.
