***Although the service performed is listed as Decks in our profile, we have to revise that service to - full exterior house renovations and addition of a dormer.*** We must say that this review is well deserved. Rowland from Dwell Renovations LLC was a blessing from the moment we started our Sandy Storm house elevation project. He was responsive from our initial call and right to the end of our project. Rowland is a man of integrity and takes great pride in the job he does. Rowland discussed ideas and suggestions that only enhanced the outcome of our house. From the start, he communicated daily with us and updating us with the daily progress. He helped orchestrate timing of all aspects of the project, from working with our architect, helping with material suggestions, right down to getting town inspections and everything in between. He can help you with picking the correct materials and has the contractors that will get you the best look and results. He made suggestions in material grades, colors and even when materials should be delivered. Rowland was very considerate in making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely matter. We can’t express in words how important this was to us in keeping ourselves calm throughout this very long project. Rowland even was considerate to our neighbors by trying to maintain a clean and organized construction site. Like any large project, we can’t say it went without the need of some corrections, but we can to say that Rowland addressed them in a professional and quick manner. Always coming up with a solution that makes everyone happy. We believe this was accomplished because Rowland works with a tight knit group of professionals that respect each other and really wants to make the customer happy. All in all, it was a pleasure working with Rowland from Dwell Renovations LLC. We have received so many compliments on how exceptionally the house turned out. We would recommend him to everyone that wants a job well done. Also, we would be more than happy to show the work and discuss our experience that we had with Rowland to anyone considering using him. I was a little afraid because it was my first time, so I went to homeadvisor.com and looked up their references and took my chances, but they did an excellent job. My Kitchen looks great. I have recommended them already. My experience with them was great. They were very professional, timely and they used excellent quality materials. I was impressed by the fact that they cleaned after themselves.

We were pleased that the project was completed when promised and according to plan. We would hire him again.

Rowland did an exceptional job remodeling my mother-in-law’s kitchen. It involved removing a wall to expand the kitchen along with new cabinets, countertops, lighting/electrical, tiling, windows and more. The quality of the cabinets, moldings and finishes were outstanding! His suggestion to add an island made a huge difference. Rowland is very attentive to detail and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. He will always let you know what will be done and when it will be done. You will be very very happy with the quality of work and the quality of cabinets and materials, and most of all, you will be hiring an honest and professional person.

Roland and Matt from Dwell Renovations did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. Roland had excellent suggestions for different ideas for our kitchen which we love. Show up on time, and Roland would check in daily on the project status. Will hire again for future renovations.

Dwell Renovations did an excellent job on our overall project, It encompassed a full kitchen renovation, a full master bath renovation and the installation of a large family room wall unit. Working with Roland from the proposal phase through completion was a pleasure and his cooperation on arriving at a final price and schedule was fair. Changes were handled early and problems were resolved quickly due to the experience of the contractors. The project was completed on time and within budget which is important to both Dwell Renovation and their clients.The workers were excellent at their trades and needed no guidance. This is the second time we used Dwell Renovations. Roland always uses top quality contractors who take pride in their work. We made a playroom in our basement that can be used for anything once our Grandchildren are no longer living with us. The job was started immediately and completed in a timely manner. Dwell Renovations did an outstanding total remodel of our master bathroom suite. Tore it down to the studs and installed all new tile, all new high end cabinets, large shower with glass enclosure, soaking tub, new granite vanity with double sinks, high end LED lighting. The job required meticulous work and excellent craftsmanship and Rowland's team delivered. These guys get the details right!

Rowland made it very easy to have the work completed while we were away. He stayed in contact with us and made sure everything was done as planned and even went above and beyond to fix items that were not included in the original design plans for the kitchen. Thank you!

This was the second project I used Dwell for. They replaced several older, noisy doors in my home with solid core, 6 panel doors. They were able to install them all clean without needing to replace jambs. It is a great improvement. Fast install, good service, I recommend Dwell.

Dwell Renovations remodeled our outdated kitchen. All the work was done within the time frame we discussed. Rowland explained things well and took care of all the details for our kitchen remodel. The crew were very nice, courteous and cleaned up after they were finished for the day. Rowland came almost every day to check up on the work and to make sure we were happy with everything. We had a 600 square ft addition including a living room, bathroom, bedroom, and deck added to the back of our house. Rowland, John, and Kevin were absolutely first rate. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the work was near perfect. Any time there was an issue or a question or anything of any kind I did not understand they were responsive and willing to address it. The work was a higher quality than I even expected and the pricing was good. I had bid the job out to a few other established contractors and I am confident I got my money's worth. I recommend and will use them again!!

Roland clearly wants the customer to be happy with the project. They were quick(week before Christmas) and professional. Roland called often to make sure I was happy with the project and offered to change anything if I was unhappy, although the workmanship was top notch.

We had a 31x10 addition added to the back of our house (previous enclosed deck had to be demolished). This entailed 8 windows, a 6' sliding door and a separate split heat/air system. All contractors were very professional and kept us informed on a daily basis. Rowland inspected at the completion of each phase and ensured any corrections needed were immediatly done. We are very happy with our addition and highly recommend Dwell Renovations.

Roland was awesome. This was a very large deck and glass railings around my new in-ground pool that required special techniques. Roland was here everyday to make sure it was done right - and when there was a problem with materials from the manufacturer he went to bat for us and got the defective material replaced - no charge to us. He was very tolerant of my watching over the work every step of the way. By the way - Roland may not be the lowest bid - and that's because he goes the extra distance when needed to get it done right.
