To say we feel incredibly lucky and fortunate to have met Mr. Farley is an understatement - we had an extremely tricky buying process with our house that has a cesspool and if not for him it would *never* have even happened. He bent over backward at every turn to accomodate us, the lender, lawyers, etcetera. We even faced threats from an occupant of the home to which he was not perturbed - he was there doing his duty by us come hell or highwater. He worked through inclement weather and equipment failure to get the job on time. He has valuable connections with other working men that he can recommend as well as with the town which is so critical for special situations where you want the town on your side like we experienced. He is always professional and courteous and truly cares about those he is helping - even after the job was done Mr. Farley stopped by with gifts for my children (whom had taken a strong liking to him during his time here) as well as called to check on me to see how I was feeling due to being over 8 and a half months pregnant. He really is a special person through and through. Thank you Mr. Farley!

Very experienced professional, seemed to know everyone in the area which made the whole process significantly easier especially considering that we were managing the sale of our mother's house remotely. Took care of everything and completed the project for the amount he quoted. We recommend him and his team very highly.

He diagnosed the problem and completed the project .He had extra crew and worked all weekend to finish the project in time.He was responsive and professional throughout the entire time. As mentioned in other reviews, Bill has been doing business in the area for 35+ years and knows everything and everyone needed to get this work done. Patiently helped us decide the optimum approach for our situation; very knowledgeable. Responds immediately and is a great communicator. If there were more stars to give, he would get them. To top it all off, Bill is a genuinely good person and a pleasure to do business with.

Bill is a total pro! He installed a new septic field that turned out to have several complications due to site conditions and the engineering design. He worked through them all professionally and patiently. As a former US Army Corps of Engineer officer, I appreciated Bill's experience and knowledge in addressing these challenges. He is a guy you can trust. I highly recommend him!

Our property presented some challenges before the septic work could even begin. Bill had to remove 5 massive tree stumps. He had to regrade the slope of the land to prevent his equipment from tipping over. He met every challenge. Yes, the work took longer than any of us anticipated. But Bill was innovative and practical through it all. He's a pleasure to work with. I hope I never have to hire a new septic again (LOL) but I would call Bill before I tried anyone else. We made the right decision to hire Bill based on the excellent reviews here and on his quote being a couple thousand dollars below another contractor. Bill is very experienced and knowledgeable about everything that goes into septic systems: the engineering plan, installation, supplies, working with other contractors, inspections, etc. He'll answer your questions and explain any portion of the process. He's honest, trustworthy, and hard-working, which is extremely important for a big and expensive job like this. When Mother Nature threw us multiple days of rain he worked weekends to keep the project moving. He handled all of the coordination to get contractors in for tank pumping, dirt removal, and inspections. All we had to do was sit back and let him do his job. Thanks, Bill!

Did everything as expected and well beyond! The original plans for the job that I had got previously to hiring Mr. Farley was not engineered properly. Will went back at redesigned the plans and got it all done with a beautiful finished job. The man definitely has well over 50 years of engineering and excavating experience. Would hire again and again.

We have an older home that still had the original septic system. The property layout combined with the original system made for a challenging job. Mr. Farley did an amazing job. The prep, design, and construction work went smoothly and my wife and I appreciated how hard they worked. When we called him when we knew we'd had it "up to here" with the old system, he helped get us to open it enough to get by until construction started. He is so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and hardworking. We have an odd, wonderful property and he helped come up with a cost-effective solution for us that fit the need. We have our new septic system in place and we love it. I'm sure we'll have a lifetime of trouble-free use. They even helped fix a grading problem we had when it was all put back. I can't thank him or recommend him enough. You won't regret hiring William Farley Septic Systems.
