Can't say enough good things about Shark Tree service. He arrived promptly as promised, worked hard all day and finished the entire job in one day when he thought it would take two days to complete. He took great care in making sure his equipment did not damage our lawn and rempved all of the debris left behind. He recommended that one tree be removed entirely and it turned out that he was 100% correct in his assessment. It was an oak tree that had to be over 100 feet tall and was about 30 feet from our house. After he tok it down piece by piece it turned out that the middle of the tree was hollow at the base... maybe at last 50% of it was gone and I could imagine it falling on our house at any time. So glad we had it taken down... He was great to work with, very polite and professional... hire him to deal with your trees and you will not be sorry.

After 4 oak trees fell on house during Sandy last year, we still had their root balls pulled out of ground by driveway. We also wanted to do more preventative work to ensure weak and dying trees on property removed. We live next to a wooded national wildlife preserve with many tall trees on an acre of land. Shark Tree Service worked for 4 days carefully removing 7 trees and clearing already fallen large tree trunks. 2 were extremely large and close to house (large split tulip and large leaning oak). They had great deal of equipment to accomplish job and worked efficiently and safely. Also brought in John Blakely to ground and removed stumps from the 4 oaks that fell year ago. There is no trace of these trees now.

Shark Tree Service did an AWSOME job in taking down two Honey Locust trees in my back yard. Terence arrived on time to give me an estimate. He handled himself in a courteous, professional manner; and showed up promptly this morning to remove the two trees. His price is very fair, he performed his task efficiently, and cleanup was meticulous. The trees were large and somewhat daunting to cut down, but he did it, and I definitely recommend Shark Tree Service to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and hard working team.

Wanted to write a review about Shark Tree even though they did not do the job we needed done. We had a very large 200+ yr old oak tree that was damaged by Sandy, which sadly needed to be removed ASAP. The owner came out to see it within a half an hour. He was very helpful, but unfortunately he did not have the right equipment for the work required. He did help by suggesting another contractor to call. As time is valuable, we truly appreciated his visit. We would definitely contact Shark in the future for smaller jobs, as we feel they are a very professional, honest service - Thank You !!

Very good experience with this contractor from start to finish. He answered his phone promptly and was able to provide us with an estimate in a timely manner. When we told him about our project, he also offered to use his equipment to take up some small tree stumps and level out the area we were clearing. We didn't need to wait long for his next availability and he arrived right on time. When he came, he was very careful where he was putting his equipment, making sure not to tear up our lawn or damage other trees on our property. As he was doing the project, he also offered to use his equipment to help lift up our old, squashed shed, so we could get in there to remove the contents. He also did a nice job of clearing out vines and some brush surrounding the trees that were taken down. He was very easy to work with and I would use him again.

I have used them several times. He is easy to get hold of, the prices are reasonable and the service is prompt. I recommend them.

I liked that the guy from Shark Tree Service had a good price. I got a few estimates and he wasn't the cheapest, but I just felt comfortable with him. He's a recognized and licensed arborist. He did pretty much what he said he was going to do and cleaned up. He was the most reliable person to contact because when you called he got back to you when you left a message. He was good.
