In all our years of painting / staining, we have always had issues with the work that was done. NOT THIS TIME!!! Rich from R A P KNOWS his stuff and does an EXCELLENT job! RAP did a very good job power washing a backyard fence in preparation for staining. Rich was reliable and easy to work with. He kept in touch with me, kept to the schedule, arrived on time, and performed the job exactly as we agreed upon. I would definitely use them again.

They power washed the hole house and actually did something extra that wasn't part of the job description for free, so definitely got more than expected, which is quite unusual in our days. BIG A+!

Rich and his crew were friendly and professional. They estimated the time and cost and stuck to both. They explained to us what process steps they would have to go through to do the job and then did the work according to our agreement. All I can say is WOW! Rich and his staff were great! I hired RAP Painting and Pressure Washing to pressure wash my house and deck. Rich was able to come to my house and assess the job so he could give me a quote. What I thought for sure would wind up costing me about $1000 only costs me $625. He was also able to complete a task that I did not originally ask about and what many failed to do. That was remove a weathered hornet's hive that sat at the very top of my house. Trust me, it was positioned in a difficult and dangerous place on my house. Now it looks like the hornet hive was never there. I am ever so grateful for that. If you hire RAP Painting and Pressure Washing you will not go wrong.
