RAP Painting & Pressure Washing

I was very interested in RAP Painting because of the good reviews on Angie's List. Rich from RAP called me back with in 5 minutes of leaving him a message. He came over the next day, saw the deck and what was involved; he suggested having it sanded first. He put me in touch with a gentleman who did the sanding -we were pleased with him as well. Rich and RAP then came in and got the job done quickly with a very fair price considering the deck is large with a lot of spindles for the railing. The deck (and the bathroom that I asked him to do once the deck was done) came out great. I'd enthusiastically recommend RAP to anyone.

This was the second time I've used RAP for pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Rich is awesome - called me right back and came the following week. In addition to the house, gutters, and downspouts that I asked to be taken care of, he and his crew noticed that a portion of one of the gutters had pulled off of the house and they repaired it as well. Everything sparkles - another job well done!

Contacted Richard about cleaning my gutters in the Randolph area. He came out and did an estimate and said to call him when all the leaves had fallen from the trees. Before I had a chance to call him, he contacted me that he would be in the neighborhood and would like to clean my gutters as all the leaves had already fallen. He did the work as expected and I will be calling him back in the sping.

Original guy was supposed to come on Dec. 2 which was late but I trusted him to know his own business. Called him mid November to say all the leaves are down and if you can get here earlier that would be great. So, rescheduled us to Nov. 23. Didn't come over and didn't call. Dec. 2 called to say that he couldn't fit us in and that he didn't have enough business in our area to come out at all. We pleaded with him but no was the answer. We get on Angie's List and called RAP. Richard said he'ed be there next day to estimate. He and Jared were there next morning and did the estimate. Said they would be back in a couple days. We had already had a sprinkling of snow and with the unseasonable cold, it stayed in one of our gutters for quite awhile. Now the prediction was for sleet and ice, followed next day or so with snow. We were worried that if RAP couldn't do it, that we were in trouble. We called, they said that they would be there Thursday. They came on Thursday after having done others jobs and they did an excellent job. Rather than walk around on the roof, which is what we experienced previously, they got ladders out and manually took the leaves out of the gutters. Then they came back with a hose and sprayed the dirt out. They were outstanding and spent way more time than previous gutter cleaning services we have used in the past. We were very impressed and will use them again and will use them for their other services also. They saved us from a lousy winter of overfilled gutters and leaks coming into our house. And they came when we had been written off by others. Terrific.

We are repeat customers for gutter services. They come fast, work quickly and neatly, and are friendly. Their price is great.

I've been pleased since the minute I contacted Richard. He was prompt in giving me an estimate and available when I was ready to the the job. My deck really had not been taken care of by previous owner and needed work. Richard and Garret did a great job, they put a tremendous effort into preping the deck the deck and conitued to come back until the job was well done. I would recommend them and in fact planning on having them work on my porch in the Spring. They take pride in the work they do.

All of the jobs went very well. Richard is great to work with. A true gentleman, he kept his promise and did more than I asked him to do. Richard not only did what he promised but went above and beyond to work with another contractor who replaced floors for my condo. Pete, the contractor for the flooring job was excellent and they both turned out to be a very good combination for me. Always very accommodating, it was amazing to see how patient Richard was with his son Jared during the entire time. It was nice to see Richard and Jared work together. They are a great team. I would hire them back in a heart beat, if I needed to.

The job went very well! Every so often he called me to the door to show me the difference of how clean the house was coming compared to what it looked like before. He moved the furniture off the patio, very thorough job. He cleaned everything before he left, including the driveway. The service was really so great, my house looks sparkling clean...I love it!!

I called Richard and he was very helpful and responded quickly. He gave me a quote over the phone and arrived promptly. The work was completed efficiently and neatly.

Very personable father (Rich) and son team who provided few extras as part of the job. Rich is a great resource for experts for other home repairs, tree service, etc. I would definitely use him again.

I don't remember the vinyl siding ever looking so great they did a fabulous job they were very courteous and thorough.

Wonderful!!!!!!! Rich came with Jared, his son, and they were sweet - professional and did an awesome job!!!!!!!! They went ABOVE what was agreed to. Not only did they power wash the siding but they cleaned the brick in the front - cleaned out my gutters and even power washed my shed! For free! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We were very pleased with the services provided by this company. They got back to us in a timely manner when we called for an estimate, unlike several other companies we had contacted. The price was more than fair. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The gutters hadn't been cleaned in some time so there was a lot of work to do, but they did a very thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. We were also very pleased with the quality of the work done on the shed. After they were done with the power washing, it looked like a brand new shed!

We made contact with Richard of RAP and scheduled a visit to our home on the weekend to survey the extent of moss damage on the roof shingles and to get a feel for the size of our home for power washing. Rich determined that to be on the safe side due to the number of skylights the home has that he would have his son scrub the roof by hand instead of using the powerful pressure equipment. He gave us an estimate and we agreed to proceed when the weather warmed up in April. Richard called to schedule the job giving us enough time to secure items in the yard. RAP arrived on time - work proceeded without incidence - green products were used - yard was totally cleaned up. Roof, house and cement patio were cleaner than ever!!

My husband said the company got back to him immediately and set up a date to come over and clean the gutters. Gave an estimate over the phone. We were very happy with their service and price. We will definitely use them again for our gutters. Additionally, we were so pleased with them that we are planning on getting an estimate from them for power washing the house.

Very pleased with the job. I called and spoke with Richard to get a quote for getting our gutters cleaned. Richard stopped by to give me a quote. Richard and his son came on the scheduled day at the scheduled time to do the job. Great customer service, and again I am very please with how well everything went.

I was very happy with their service. They returned my call promptly, were able to complete the work ahead of schedule, and did a great job. I was especially impressed by the company's level of communication during the project. I was equally impressed by the relationship between the owner and his son during the project.

Excellent experience. Rich came in a few days and provided a price right away. He completed the work within a week. He and his son did the work. Great job - I would definitely use RAP again.

On time performed work efficiently cleaned up debris afterward.

Rich was very easy to work with, arriving when scheduled and working as expected. He kept the area neat and clean, which was a must because we have customers coming and going. He made seemingly simple suggestions that had a nice impact on the end result but that didn't impact cost. I not only recommend him, but will be using his services at another site.

Very responsive. Answered all phone calls. Approximately 2-3 weeks until he was available to do the job. Told me that up front and called in 2 weeks to set up exact date. Very friendly and courteous.

I went find. The owner of the company came himself. He was very friendly and competent. the job was done fast and correctly. He even do a bit more without extra charge.

Very nice experience; my first one on Angie's List. Rich came by immediately to give me an estimate to power wash my house and deck and then was able to do the job the next day! He worked with his son and the two of them were very professional. It took them the better part of the day to complete the job. The price was very competitive with the last time I had this work done. In addition he unclogged my gutters in a few minutes when I thought I was going to have to have a gutter guy come in and do a full maintenance. Overall, great job at a great price by a nice local contractor.

The service guy was very friendly. He was a bit talkative, but pleasant to deal with. The job was well done. Only one thing was that the owner did not know about 5% discount coupon from the Angies List, but he honored it gracefully!
