They gave us a fair price and did an excellent job at restoring our aging deck by first pressure washing it and then applying a high quality paint. We were able to select the color we wanted from a variety of colors. This father and son team were very easy to work with, answered any questions and work in a highly professional manner. We would highly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Rich is extremely professional and nice to work with. He doesn't corners and really takes his time to be meticulous about all that he does. I hired Rich to not only power wash my deck but to also apply a waterproof exterior deck stain. Everything from the prep and light sanding of my deck, to the power washing was executed very professionally. He suggested cleaning up some moss growing on the roof of my deck which had been bothering me for a while and for a nominal, fair fee, he took care of. In total, Rich power washed and cleaned my covered deck so this was both an inside as well as outside deck power washing, full stain applied to both inside and out and he helped alleviate a roof issue I was having with moss. Was here from start to finish and the job took two days to complete. No need to call anyone else for this type of work - Rich is your guy and he'll be getting other calls from me in the future for painting jobs.

The reported on time to perform the job. not only did they pressure wash the house they included the front steps and walkway, a small deck, gutters, and the side entrance steps. They were careful not to damage any of the plants that were around the house. Overall they were very professional and nice. Would use them again..

 + 1 moreTrees in the area finish ed their shedding so I gave RAP a call to schedule a cleaning. We scheduled it for the following week. Got a courtesy call prior to the visit which is always helpful. Rich & his son arrived as scheduled, Got right to work and did a bang up job. The cost was what he had mentioned with no additional fees. He will be coming back in the spring for pressure washing the house & double checking the gutters. I highly recommend them!!

 + 0 moreThe overall experience and the results was outstanding. The owner Rich and his sons were excellent to work with . It was clear that Rich has a lot of experience in this area based on his advice and feedback on options and what to do vs not do. They started the project as planned. Given the fact that this was an exterior paint job, the team had to schedule work to be performed around the weather, and they did a fantastic job with that and come in to progress the job whenever the opportunity presented. In the end, the project turned out to be a huge success and will definitely reach out to RAP again for future such projects.

Reattached some downspouts that had wandered into tbe back yard and removed some old gutter webbing material that had grown into the gutter over time. Would highly recommend.

He and his son transformed the drab interior of a 1950's ranch into a very inviting space, painting out all the walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Rich gave good suggestions on paint colors (the house is being sold). He was a real pro in terms of protecting floors and cabinets from overspray. The inevitable need for touch ups was really quite minimal. He did not nickel and dime and helped me deal with some other issues in the house as well. Very highly recommended.

He started with in a week and worked through the week end to complete the job so we could use the rooms without delay. The service is prompt, fairly priced but most important the quality of the workmanship is excellent.
Description of Work: Our sprinklers went off at our school and flooded a multipurpose room, a classroom and hallway. The walls had to be wiped down and repainted.

 + 0 moreI highly recommend Rich and his expert crew. They were consistently punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and communication at all times was great. They did an incredible job of pressure washing our entire exterior and garden shed, being extremely thorough. After they cleaned our gutters, they tested them repeatedly to make sure everything was working correctly. The carpenter they work with did a great job of replacing three worn-out steps, quickly and on-time. They did an awesome job of painting the front porch and back deck with high-quality paint. Our home looks fantastic, and we plan to use them again when we need interior painting this fall.

Painting did an amazing job on our much-needed pressure washing of the house in addition to the cleaning/staining of our 2-level deck and the wood frame surrounding the hot tub. I called Rich and he returned my call the same day. He came out to the house and gave us a very fair price for all of the services we requested. He and Jared completed the work in about 2 1/2 days - they were very professional in their application of the stain and clean-up. They both notified us of any changes to their schedule and returned my calls promptly if we had any questions. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of deck staining, pressure washing or gutter cleaning. We will definitely use them again.
